Beautiful one bedroom apt with specious private balconies. Amazing view of the ocean and intercoastal throughout the apt. The apartment offers a specious liviningroom, dinning area and kitchen. Washer machine dryer and dishwasher also available in the apartment. Resort is within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping centers. The building offers free shuttle to the beach starting at 9:00am. Parking fee is $35.00 per night up to 3 nights, $25.00 per night from 3 to 7 nights and $175.00 for 7 nights up to 31 days one time fee. No resort fee. You are within 15 minutes to Fort Lauderdale international airport.

Good for the price

I was hoping the other reviews weren’t true, but the property is dirty and neglected especially the floors and balcony. The slider doesn’t lock. The elevator does take forever and it was only valet parking. For the price I cant complain too much. It did have a large balcony with a beautiful view. Having a small kitchen and washer and dryer was great.

Could have been cleaner..especially when travelling with a toddler. But nice condo and easy check in.

poor value for $$ +$30/day added costs, poor communications, SLOW SLOW elevators

The beach and pool are not on the property, requires a van ride to get there and very crowded. The elevator can take 7-34 minutes to arrive - if you stay here get on even if it is going a different direction or it may be full when it comes back. I arrived and there was no TP; TP was provided on day 3 of my 5 day stay. The handle for the bath/shower is not connected and came off. It took about 15 min for the water to be anything other than cold. Everyone is required to wear a wrist band with the name of the resort the entire time; so no matter where you go everyone knows where you are staying. Not very save and very uncomfortable. The surrounding area is "sketchy" which is a word that was used by another guest. Pretty views of the water but no ocean view. Not a place I would stay again. Owner only responded when I called VRBO.
