Great place to stay!

Clean and close to everything

The condo was clean and well stocked. We heard a lot of upstairs noise from the people above us at all hours of the night. The pool was very dirty and we didn’t feel comfortable swimming in it. Other than that, we enjoyed the condo and proximity to dining and shopping and the beach.

Pros. Clean, easy to check in, plenty of towelsCons. Dinig set is very outdated and uncomfortable, need new pillows, maybe supply paper plates so we won’t have to dirty the nice ones. Worst thing was when a guy walked into our condo as he was shouting “housekeeping “ at 915!!

Condo is in a great area for eating, shopping and any other needs. Straight walk out to clean beach. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. No issues checking in or out. Great place overall!

Great vacation spot for the family. Not crowded. Great ocean view. Beds were cozy. The person staying in the room beside us slammed the door every time they went in and out of the room so it was a bit loud... ... overall great stay!

The room had opened cans and stuff on the floor, a broken door lock on patio and dirty bedding in master. Contacted immediately with pictures, they said someone would call to work it out. Never heard back besides multiple text wanting me to rate my stay.

Pictures are misleading, key pad on door doesn’t work most of the time, key lock didn’t have a key, not clean, vent hanging from the ceiling, bathroom door knob failing off. Can’t get in touch with property manager. Horrible experience!!! Mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom!

Sisters vacation

The bedding was very comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee. It had easy beach access and we had one handicapped person. The condo was decorated so cute and we made several new friends staying there. However, the master bath sink was slow to run and the dishwasher didn’t work. I did them by hand. I also left my earbuds plugged in the den. All said I would return visit.

Amazing unit and location

This home was amazing for most of the trip. The view was perfect, it was a quick walk to the beach, the pool was clean and well maintained, the unit was clean and spacious, it was EVERYTHING you could ask for in a vacation. Unfortunately, this was not a family friendly location at the end of the week. The city closed many roads early in our trip and we discovered a concert festival would be taking place the day after we left. The traffic was rough but not unmanageable. Unfortunately, the people the concert brought were horrible. Starting two days before we left, many LOUD vacation-goers began showing up to rent the units around us. This wasn’t an issue until they spent all day and night slamming doors, screaming, and blasting music. One night, a car alarm just went off for hours straight. We reached out to Vacasa and were told they would take care of it but the music kept going well after 3am. Wonderful unit, but either the booking management company or the condos don’t care about enforcing quiet hours. I’d highly recommend this location if it weren’t for the horrible tenants around us and the lack of response from management/vacasa. Book at your own risk during peak visiting times.

very nice place, not so great responsiveness

The condo was beautiful. However, when we went to make the sofa bed that night it had a dirty sheet covered in food crumbs on it. And, then we discovered the only bedding they left us for it was a twin size and would not fit. I spent an hour trying to get customer service to answer and was hung up on multiple times. Eventually I spoke to someone and they said unless the issue was dangerous they could not help until the next day. So, we took the top sheet off another bed to cover the sofa bed mattress and used a bedspread to cover up with. There were not other blankets of any kind anywhere in the condo. The next afternoon still no sheets so I called again only to have the same experience. It took almost an hour to get someone to answer and hung up on multiple times. Again I was told they would be delivered that day. They never were. We checked out the next day and never did receive the linens. Also, the place is very sparsely equipped. No hairdryers in either bathroom so I had to go buy one. I have never had accommodations without a hairdryer before. So, all in all, the place is really cute and location is great, but responsiveness was the worst I have ever experienced.
