In the heart of the Epernay triangle, with its champagne cellars, Verdun with its battlefields, and Lac du Der with its beaches and marina, Nathalie and Francis welcome you to the countryside year-round at their industrial-style holiday rental—a fully renovated former farmhouse with an enclosed courtyard. Located in the countryside, 10 minutes from Châlons-en-Champagne and 15 minutes from Vitry-le-François, you’ll find the peace and comfort you need to relax and reconnect with friends or family. This fully air-conditioned holiday rental consists of two separate units connected by a porch. The first cottage can accommodate 11 people and consists of a large living area with an open-concept kitchen leading to the dining room and living room (with a flat-screen TV and soundbar), 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 11 people and a baby, 3 bathrooms, and 3 separate toilets. The second cottage can accommodate 6 people and consists, on the ground floor, of a large living area with an open-concept kitchen leading to the dining room and living room (TV with soundbar), a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a shower room, and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, you’ll find 3 double bedrooms: one with a 160/200 double bed and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 90/200 single beds. Each cottage has a terrace with a plancha grill and patio furniture. For your entertainment, there’s a pétanque area for all ages with equipment provided, as well as some games for the children. The beds are made upon your arrival, and bath linens are provided. You are responsible for cleaning at the end of your stay (washing dishes, emptying trash tins, placing bed linens and towels in the laundry room, mopping floors, cleaning the bathroom, etc.).
