Detached single-story cottage for 5 people, in Soueich, 12km south of Saint-Gaudens. Highly accessible hiking and mountain biking trails (mid-altitude 15km). Numerous hikes (family, medium difficulty, and more strenuous) are available on site. Aspet (5km): a typical Comminges village with a municipal swimming pool and a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Saint-Gaudens (12km): shops, train station, the Garonne River, the Way of St. James, the ViaGarona hiking trail and the TransGarona cycling trail. Arbas (the longest underground caving network), Salies-du-Salat (thermal baths and golf course), and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges (one of France's favorite villages) are 20km away. Lake Montréjeau (25km): swimming. Gite with 2 bedrooms and 3 single beds comprising: - an entrance hall, living room with lounge area, semi-independent kitchen, pantry, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed (140cm)) (1 double bed (140cm) + 1 single bunk bed (90cm), shower room, toilet. Electric heating, card-operated cell phone. Swing. Baby equipment (crib, high chair, bathtub, etc.). "Green up" charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles with a dedicated meter. Private enclosed garden, garden shed, and private terrace. As part of our ecological and environmental approach, a composter has also been installed within our structure. Dogs are welcome after consultation and agreement with the owner. Although cats are our friends, after several setbacks, they are no longer allowed in the gite.
