Country cottage

Welcome to our warm chalet located in a quiet hamlet at the gateway to the "Millevaches" Regional Natural Park.
Whether you are looking for tranquility, outdoor adventure or a family getaway, our chalet is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. The cottage is located in the heart of a magnificent wooded park of 4800 m², offering a real immersion in nature.
Our 110m² chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Enjoy a cosy interior with all the necessary amenities:
- A large living room of 70 m² with a lounge area (2 sofas and several armchairs, television with Netflix and Disney +, coffee tables...) equipped with a wood stove and a dining room for minimum 8 people.
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen equipment ...
- 3 comfortable bedrooms (a master suite with bed 160 and bath + toilet in the bathroom, a second with a bed of 160, the third with 2 beds of 90). The bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and various storage spaces. Bedding and pillows are available. When you arrive, the beds will be made.
- Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and washing machine. Towels are available (1 large + 1 small + 1 glove per person).

Enjoy the outdoors also with a covered terrace of 40m² overlooking a wooded park of 4800m². At your disposal on the latter a table for 6 people, plancha... Inside the park you will also find a petanque court as well as cosy corners with table and parasol. The cottage contains several parking spaces.

Near the cottage, you will have access to many hiking and mountain biking trails (forest massif of 2500ha with the highest point Mount Gargan 20 minutes away, many Terra Aventuras are present in the region). You will also find rivers for fishing enthusiasts (Combade 4 minutes away, Vienne 13 minutes away) and many fishing and swimming lakes (Châteauneuf la forêt 2 minutes away, Bujaleuf 20 minutes away, Vassivière 30 minutes away).
The cottage is located 20km from the A20 motorway "Paris Sud", many day trips are possible: Eymoutiers 15 min Saint Léonard de Noblat 20min, Limoges 30 minutes, Oradour sur Glane 1h Rocamadour 1h30, Sarlat 1h30, Dordogne Valley 1h30...

Arrival in the cottage from 4pm and departure on the last day before 10am (let us know if you need anything different).
We thank you for leaving the accommodation clean, emptying the bins, freezer and fridge.
We also ask you to respect the landscaped garden. (no waste on the ground etc..)
