Entrance by the corridor separating the living area from the night area - Large living room with TV, sofa bed 140 and equipped kitchen area: 2 electric hobs, microwave, coffee maker, plancha, dishwasher, hood, fridge freezer, oven. Vacuum cleaner, iron, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine.
Large terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs.
In the night area a toilet with sink. A bedroom with 1 bed 140 and two chests of drawers, another bedroom with 1 bed 90 and a bed of 80, wardrobe, cot for baby available. Double glazing and electric shutters, fans available.
Outdoor parking in the residence. Ideal for family holidays, in a closed residence and close to all amenities.
Apartment overlooking the sea on one side and the mountain and the Canigou on the other.
SWIMMING POOL OPEN 1/6 TO 30/9 dates to be confirmed.

Très heureux de notre séjour. L'appartement est tres bien agencé, propre et spacieux. Parfaitement situé dans une résidence calme et sécurisée, avec une piscine tres bien entrenue et un tres beau terrain de tennis.
