The studio itself is very nice, clean, well equipped, freshly renovated, and spacious for one, even two… you’d forget walking the 6 flights up. But the fact that you need to pick up and return the keys from/to a ship that’s 15min walk away ruined the experience for me. It is simply not practical at all and very constraining. I like the area a bit calm but safe. I’d go back if they change the key pick up.

Location and the apartment itself were great. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and its proximity to my workplace near the Palais des Congrès in Paris was very convenient.That said, the key collection process was more tedious than expected. Although this is mentioned in the listing, the key has to be picked up from another building about a 15-minute walk away, which is not very convenient when traveling with heavy suitcases.Additionally, the apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator, which can be quite challenging if you have heavy luggage or are traveling frequently.Overall, this place is better suited for a relaxed leisure stay, especially if you have time and are not carrying heavy bags. Despite these inconveniences, the apartment itself was clean and comfortable.
