Perfect for families, friends, or business trips, our apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It is just a 7-minute walk from the “Bagneux–Lucie Aubrac” station (Metro line 4), which takes you to the heart of Paris and Notre-Dame in about 20 minutes.

The apartment is bright, quiet, and recently renovated. It features:

【3 bedrooms】: comfortable beds with sheets and duvets provided, including one room with a balcony. Each bedroom is equipped with a portable fan.

【A cozy living room】: Android smart TV with Netflix and a relaxing lounge area—perfect for unwinding after a day in Paris.

【A fully equipped kitchen】: fridge-freezer, oven, induction cooktop, espresso machine and drip coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher (tablets included), as well as basic essentials (dish soap, hand soap, etc.).

【2 modern bathrooms】: each with a shower, toilet, and sink. You also have a washer-dryer, a separate dryer, and laundry detergent. Two fast electric water heaters ensure that several people can shower comfortably without running out of hot water.

You have on-site free and secure parking (not suitable for vehicles over 5 m). A secure key box near the front door allows for easy self check-in.

- Check-in is automatic via the keybox and available from 3 p.m., but you may park or drop off your luggage from 11 a.m. (no valuables).

- You will receive a message two days before your arrival. This message will include links to a video and a welcome booklet showing how to collect the keys, the parking location, etc. If you book on the day of or the day before your arrival, you will receive the check-in information within 20 minutes of your reservation.
