Right next to Luchon's iconic market, and a short walk from the main avenue and its mountain restaurants. Ideal for a mountain holiday or a spa treatment! All equipment and furniture are new. 3 free parking spaces 2 minutes away. Everything is within walking distance, no need for a car. The accommodation is suitable for 4 people. The accommodation: KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: fully equipped with fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee maker, coffee pods, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, electric hob... LIVING ROOM: sofa, TV and decorative fireplace. BATHROOM: Large walk-in shower, towel warmer, hairdryer. PGJyPg Separate WC. PGJyPg PGJyPg BEDROOM 1: 160x200cm bed equipped with a 240x220cm duvet and two pillows. PGJyPg TV, iron, wardrobe. PGJyPg PGJyPg BEDROOM 2: 90x200cm bunk bed (max 100kg) equipped with two 150x200cm duvets and two 60x60cm pillows.
