NO HOT WATER!!!

For 3 straight days we had no hot water! I tried to talk to the front desk. They were very sorry but they were having boiler issues. Things happen, but not without compensation!!! This was an expensive condo. We were very disappointed. Please credit us something for this inconvenience.
