This Cozy Cottage is just steps from Arnold’s Park Amusement Park and two public access docks on West Lake. This vacation cottage is also only steps to Restaurants, Bars, free concerts in the park, miniature golf, shops, and all the main activities. It is prime location for your stay. Bathroom has had a complete renovation with new large shower. Make your memories at this retreat. There is a large parking area in front of Cottage for your convenience. Golf cart in picture is not included with the rental. Public dock for fishing less than 2 blocks from Cottage. No need to worry about parking and long walks, leave your vehicle at cottage and walk to most activities. Cottage is 480 sf has 2 bedrooms one with queen bed and one with full bed and twin bunk on top. Pack and Play is available on site. Living room has a double reclining sofa, as well as table and chairs. Free Wi-Fi available for streaming. Kitchen has newer refrigerator, new gas stove with oven, new kitchen sink, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots & pans and dinnerware. Bath towels, beach towels, bed linens, and hair dryer provided. This cozy cottage has air conditioning for your comfort. Outside enjoy the patio with table, chairs and charcoal grill. The back deck has a comfortable gazebo with another table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. Parking spots for 3 vehicles. Convenience Store, Scooter’s Coffee, and 24 hour restaurant 2 blocks away. Contactless check in.

Perfect Cottage for the Weekend

This was my families second time staying here and it was great! The bathroom remodel was very nice and the whole place was very homey. It's a great location to the lake and amusement park. Looking forward to booking again next year!

Adorable Cottage

The Sunrise Cottage was a great cabin for our family of 4. The walk to Arnold’s Park is less than 10 minutes, which was perfect for our kids. The cabin was clean, and the hosts were friendly and helpful!

So enjoyable!

We had the best stay at this sweet cottage. When traveling with our family we wanted a space that allowed us to make our own food and had space to come back from our activities for naps. The location is roughly 2 blocks from Arnold's Park so we were able to walk back and forth whenever the kids needed a break or for meals and it was so convenient to not have to try to drive and find parking. Our hosts were accommodating and responsive. We would definitely book this property again!

If you are looking for location this is walking distance to most activities. You will be in the heart of Arnold’s Park. You will be able to leave your car at the property and walk to a lot of the activities and fun.

What makes this property unique

Relax in the gazebo on deck after a fun filled day of activities. Public fishing dock less than 2 blocks from cottage. Lots of parking for vehicles in front of Cottage.
