The 50m² apartment, on the 1st floor of a small 2-story building, includes a large open-plan kitchen/living room (with a sofa bed), and a large bedroom furnished with a double bed and a single sofa bed. Bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate WC. A private parking space is available in the courtyard. Linens are not provided. Cleaning is to be done by departing tenants. A security deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival. Weekly or 15-day rentals, from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. Etel, a former tuna fishing port that retains its authenticity, with a marina, shops, and plenty of activities in the summer. The nautical centre at The lake area offers various water sports for all ages: Optimist dinghy sailing, windsurfing, wing foiling, etc. The river beach is a 5-minute walk away. A small supermarket is less than a 2-minute walk away. The Etel cinema is also nearby. An organic shop is a 5-minute drive away. Carnac, Quiberon, and Auray are 20 minutes away. Saint-Cado is 10 minutes away. The beautiful, unspoiled Kerhilio beach in Erdeven is 10 minutes away. Parking is available. There's a spot for surfing, waveskiing, kitesurfing, and bodyboarding.
