Beautiful apartment near the Elbe

Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated apartment in a great location- close to the River Elbe, supermarkets and regular, quick trams into Albertplatz and the Altstadt. The flat was well-equipped with everything I needed for a two month stay and the landlady gave excellent instructions for check-in, bins, washing etc and was very easy to contact. Overall an excellent experience, I would highly recommend staying here!

Dresden Vacation

This was my first time ever renting a Vrbo and this was fantastic. The location is fantastic. It is right by a bus stop, close to two beer gardens, and has a courtyard with an amazing view of Dresden and The Elbe. The owner answered all my questions quickly and the check in was easy. I stayed with a 13 year old and an 11 year old and they loved it. We’ve all decided we want to come back to Dresden and we will rent this place again. Truly wonderful.

Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man so benötigt in einer super Lage. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich eine Matratze war durchgelegen und müsste erneuert werden.Die Mailkommunikation war ein wenig zäh aber schlussendlich konnte alles geklärt werden.Ich würde wieder kommen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und wirklich sauber. Positiv war für uns auch der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, die Lage der Wohnung und die Ausstattung. Wir hätten uns noch eine Mikrowelle gewünscht, sonst war wirklich alles da. Leider ging die Schlüsselübergabe etwas schief und es war nicht alles in der Wohnung vorbereitet. Das war für den Moment ärgerlich, kann aber mal passieren. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt und gekümmert. Die Schlafcouch und die Matratzen sind nicht mehr die Besten und könnten eine Erneuerung vertragen. Alles in Allem haben wir uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren zu viert vier Tage in Dresden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist super: sehr ruhig, direkt an der Elbe und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle und ein Supermarkt sind nur 3 min zu Fuß entfernt.

Super Wohnung

Unser kurzer Besuch in Dresden war super mit dieser Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und man hat einen schönen Blick Richtung Waldschlößchen Brücke! Die Wohnung war Dank der tollen Beschreibung der Vermieterin leicht zu finden. Die Wohnung selbst hatte alles gehabt was man so in einer Wohnung benötigt, war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Meine Kinder waren auch sehr begeistert von all den Spielen und Bücher die sie dort vorgefunden haben. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und war sehr schnell zu antworten wenn man ihr schrieb.Wir werden die Wohnung auf aller Fälle weiter empfehlen und wenn Sie bei unserem nächsten Besuch nach Dresden frei ist, wieder mieten.

Schöner Aufenthalt nach getaner Arbeit

Die Unterkunft war super, für alles war gesorgt (auch Hand- und Badetücher), man kommt schnell nach Dresden rein aber auch ins Umland und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war auch super (Vielen Dank für alles).Als einzige Erweiterung wäre eine Mikrowelle hilfreich (konstruktiver Hinweis).

Rundum sorglos

Ich hatte die Ferienwohnung für drei Nächte & zwei Personen gebucht. Für eine Familie oder zwei Pärchen wäre die Wohnung auch gut geeignet. Es war alles sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet & alle nötigen Alltagsgegenstände zur Selbstversorgung sind vorhanden. Ein großes Plus ist natürlich die Möglichkeit, das Auto im Parkhaus abzustellen - zu Fuß & Bus (2Km) ist man recht schnell in der Neustadt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld war auch perfekt.

Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber, jedoch war die Einfahrt zum Parkhaus extrem eng und für uns unbrauchbar, da unser Auto zu breit war. Der Check-in über einen per Post zugeschickten Briefkastenschlüssel ist etwas umständlich. Die Kommunikation war anfangs gut, leider blieben Rückfragen unbeantwortet.

Ruhige Wohnung wie im Inserat beschrieben

Check-in war problemlos. Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer, Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Wir waren zu dritt, Teenager hat das Sofa bekommen. Er musste damit leben, dass wir morgens an ihm vorbei ins Bad sind und in der Küche Kaffee gemacht haben. Küche ist ein kleiner Raum ohne Tür. Filterkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster,sogar eine Teekanne vorhanden. Achtung: keine Mikrowelle. Internet funktioniert und ist ausreichend schnell. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage vorhanden, (nur!) am Wochenende kann man aber auch am Strassenrand parken, ist erlaubt und kostenlos. Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb gelegen, in die Innenstadt sind wir nicht gelaufen, bei gutem Wetter und Ausdauer aber möglich. Bushaltestelle und Consum fast vor der Haustür. 2 kleinere Negativpunkte: 1. Die Tiefgarage hat ein paar Durchgänge, die unglaublich eng sind. Mit unserem Golf ging es, mit einem SUV hätte ich es nicht versuchen wollen. 2. Die Küche hat eigentlich alles, aber z.B. Tischsets, Untersetzer für Gläser, Topfuntersetzer, ... gab es nur 2 Stück bzw. gar nicht. In Summe kann ich die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Anbindung per Bus und Bahn war perfekt. Bäcker, Post und eine Apotheke waren auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Also kurz gesagt, diese Ferienwohnung kann man sehr empfehlen.

Super Aufenthalt

Eine tolle Wohnung in einer super Lage und einer guten Verkehrsanbindung. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet (Besteck, Handtücher, Töpfe, Pfannen, Tassen, Bettwäsche, Haartrockner…). In der Nähe gibts einen Supermarkt für Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin!
