About this property

Apartment near the forest with a large garden with playground and fire pit

Our house with two cozy apartments in the attic is located directly on the forest on the outskirts of Bad Sachsa in a south facing position on the Brandberg.
The apartment is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, glassware, etc. and is rented with sheets, towels and hair dryer. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, oven (pizza, bake Bröchtchen), toaster and coffee maker.
In the large garden there are table, chairs, deck chairs, grill, fireplace, jungle gym, swings, sandpit.
A few meters from the house start the short hiking trails to the adventure "Salztalparadies", the ice skating hall, the indoor playground, the tennis hall, the ski center "Ravensberg", the Kuckanstal .... The tennis court is located 350 meters away from us, as well as the adventure playground and the park. There is a new super great climbing center right in the center (Basecamp The center of Bad Sachsa can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. (Distance 1.2 km). There are many shops and you can relax in restaurants or cafes.
Enjoy relaxing hours in absolute tranquility or some leisure activities for families with children.

Wunderbar entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sofort richtig wohl gefühlt.Einzige Anmerkung für eine Verbesserung (und das dürfte die wenigsten tatsächlich betreffen):Ein stärkeres WLAN, die Verbindung war eher instabil und schwach. Wer parallel noch remote arbeiten muss, denn könnte dies betreffen (uns).Wer frei davon ist, den sollte dies aber nicht stören. Gerne wieder. Noch lieber mit stärkerem WLAN- ;) (Vielleicht ein Mesh-Repeater zwischenschalten.)

Sehr schöne Zeit verbracht

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der tollen ruhigen Lage, am Wald gelegen, ideal für Wandertouren. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht! Auch Bad Sachsa hat viel zu bieten für die ganze Familie. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit!!

Kurzurlaub im Harz

Die FeWo war für vier Personen ausreichend bestückt, es gab Bettwäsche und Handtücher im Preis inklusive. Auch etwas Spielzeug für die Kids ist vorhanden, großer Garten zum Austoben und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, da das Haus genau al Waldrand liegt. Bad Sachsa ist ein schöner Urlaubsort mit einigen Spielplätzen, auch ein Minigolfplatz ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Man findet auch genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kurzum: alles was man braucht vorhanden. :-)

Kurztrip

Da wir in den Herbstferien gerne im Harz umher Reisen, um unsere Stempel für die Wandernadel zu sammeln, suchen wir immer erschwingliche Unterkünfte, die uns nicht den größten Komfort bieten, sondern Zweckmäßig sein müssen. Diese Dachgeschosswohnung war für unsere 3 Übernachtungen perfekt. Im Kinderzimmer kann man locker zu zweit (Mutter+Teenager) schlafen, gute Sitzgelegenheiten für uns 4 Personen. Und die Lage direkt am Wald ist Traumhaft. Da wir einen sehr verregneten Vormittag dabei hatten, war das Erlebnisbad in direkter Nähe auch sehr praktisch als alternativ Programm.

Schöne Wohnung in wunderbarer Umgebung

Unsere Woche in Bad Sachsa war toll. Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem, mit Kuscheldecken auf dem Sofa lässt es sich gemütlich faulenzen. Für Kinder gibt es etliche Spielsachen, Gesellschaftsspiele und Bücher im Flur, im Garten können sie sich gut austoben, es gibt Schaukeln, eine Wippe und ein Klettergerüst. Eine Hängematte, Gartenstühle, Feuerkorb... Umgebung: Man ist sofort im Wald und kann tolle Wanderungen machen. Auch sonst gibt es viel zu erleben in der Gegend. Kletterhalle, Schwimmbad, Spielplatz, Märchenwald, Falknerei, Einhornhöhle...

Ruhig am Waldesrand

Ankas Ferienwohnung war für uns der perfekte Platz für ein paar entspannte Tage im Harz. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Waldesrand und bietet sich für ausgedehnte Wandertouren an, wenn man nicht gerade wie wir Holzerntezeit und Matschwetter mitnimmt. Unsere Jungs hat das viele Spielzeug gefreut, das zur Nutzung bereitlag. Da störte dann auch das Regenwetter vor der Tür nicht ganz so doll. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir uns jederzeit an unsere Vermieterin wenden und alles unkompliziert regeln. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder, wenn es uns in den Südharz zieht.

Schön war's

In der Wohnung haben wir alles wie abgesprochen finden können. Sogar ein Bett fürs Kind wurde ins Schlafzimmer zugestellt. An manchen Stellen könnte große Menschen die Dachschräge stören. WLAN-Empfang hatten wir nur in einem der Zimmer. Sonst war alles super und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was wir gebraucht haben. Sie liegt direkt am Wald wo man schön spazieren gehen kann. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Bad Sachsa an sich hat uns wenig überzeugt. Von dort aus kann man einige nette Tripps in den Harz unternehmen. Mit den beiden Kleinkindern sind wir dann aber meist schon in einem 60 Minuten Umkreis unterwegs gewesen.
