HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At Buoy Bay, we want guests to understand that vacation rentals differ from hotels. Normal wear and tear and occasional maintenance issues may occur, but we respond promptly to concerns.

CLEANING:
Our professional team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the home before each stay. Minor oversights may occur, but significant issues will be addressed quickly.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
Appliances and systems may occasionally malfunction. We cannot guarantee against unexpected issues but will resolve them as quickly as possible.
