Walk into this home and be stunned as you immediately gaze out across the ocean as far as the eye can see. Open the windows and let the ocean breeze tease your face as the sound of the waves becomes the soundtrack to your vacation. Soak in the sunset from the “ship’s bow” deck. Slice of Paradise in Arch Cape

Our family had a wonderful week at Arch Cape. The beach front location is spectacular and the house is lovely. Lots of walks on the beach, building of sand castles, cocktails on the deck watching the sunset and card games at the kitchen table. We can't wait to visit again!

The best house-- we should know!

My family built this house in the 2000s and it is just the same as we remember it! We loved being there so much there is no more special a place in our hearts. Beds are extremely comfortable too!

Awesome house, fantastic ocean view with ramp to beach.

What a fantastic place to visit. The house is uniquely architected with a sailing yacht theme. Floor to ceiling windows all along the ocean side provide an incredible viewing experience. The weather even cooperated with a weeks worth of clear sunny days with the grandkids playing on the beach for hours every day. Thank you so much for making this place available.

Beach Trip

The house, location, amenities and property manager were excellent. The property was well equipped with everything needed from kitchen supplies, grill, bedding etc. If I were to nitpick, the only thing I would recommend would be window washing on the ocean side of the home as the views are spectacular, and trimming the foliage on the ramps leading to the beach. Beach access is very convenient with the ramps! Will not hesitate to rent this wonderful ocean front home again!!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the Beach House, it was everything as promised. We had three generations between the ages of 1 and 65 and everyone was pleased and found enjoyment with the house and location. Lots of beach time and sand dollar searching. We only needed to contact Lara once because of a question upon arrival, unfortunately it was at 3:00 am, surprisingly she answered within seconds, you can’t ask for more than that!

Three generation family vacation!

From the moment we walked through the doors, your home welcomed us. My grandchildren were thrilled with the bunk room and lockers, and were eager to claim their space. The great room and kitchen were perfect for our family and easily accommodated all eleven of us. By far the best part was being able to walk out the door to enjoy the ocean air and beach.We watched whales off shore, seals frolicking in the surf, eagles, s eahawks, pelicans and gulls. We most certainly would choose this place to gather as a family again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful Property and Wonderful Location

You can't beat the location of this property or the beautiful, well appointed, spacious house. We have stayed many times in Arch Cape and Cannon Beach - this is north Arch Cape - close to Cannon Beach, yet nicely secluded. Very little traffic on the beach in front of us. At high tide, you can't pass to Hug Point, at low-medium, yes, but felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Lara was very responsive to questions that came up. We had a few issues - the website stated bikes were available, we go there, there was a big sign to use the bikes, but as it turns out they had changed their policy due to liability and bikes were no longer offered to the guest. There were a couple of broken items, but we worked through that. This is a 5 star property - I gave it a 4 because we had some complications that are easy to fix.

Best location!

This was one of the best vacations our family has had! We do a 3 generation family reunion every summer, and chose the Oregon Coast this year. The space was great for 11 of us! The views are amazing. We felt we practically had the beach to ourselves compared to the beaches in Cannon Beach and Seaside. We really didn't need to leave the house, except when we felt like exploring the area. I can't think of a thing this house is missing. (Oh, maybe more than the 4 beach chairs for sitting on the beach) Communication with Lara was excellent. If I had a question about something, she was on top of it right away! The home is beautiful and in late July/early August we were able to leave the sliding front doors open and windows open and feel like we were living outside all day. We saw a whale, and watched a bald eagle eating a fish on the beach a couple houses down from us. Stay here! You won't regret it! And, you'll never want to visit the area without being right on the beach like this again!

Incredible property

We enjoyed everything about this property for a large family getaway in October. Beautiful views, plenty of space, and solid construction meant we were never cramped and always had something to do. What a magnificent spot!

Incredible Ocean Vistas & An Amazing Home

This was one of the best VRBO properties I have ever stayed in. Gorgeous ocean vistas as far as the eye can see, this incredible home nestled in a private lane right on the beach is truly special. Designed for families yet with an elegant modern feel, the house is well stocked for all your needs and the owners/property managers are lovely. Five stars

Amazing home

Our extended family had a perfect vacation in Arch Cape. The house is just as described and offers breathtaking views once you step into the house. The layout is thoughtful and well laid out. The amenities are top notch. Daily walks on the beach to Hug Point were a highlight and a short drive to Cannon Beach was also easy and fun. The home owner was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. It was our favorite vrbo rental to date and can’t wait to return.

Fantastic house, right on the beach

Family vacay was amazing in this house! Kids loved the bunk rooms, the views were 180 degrees of beach all day. Right on the beach, not separated by dunes. Walk to Hug Point caves one way, the Arch Cape rocks the other way, all on the sand. Technically a public beach but feels very private. The mud room was a nice touch coming in from the beach to quickly rinse off. The chefs kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the entire house was exceptionally clean. Really clean. We'll definitely be back!

As impressive as this property appears on-line, it exceeded our expectations. Beautiful and perfect for family gatherings. Modern House with Gorgeous view

We had a great time staying at this amazing house. The views are incredible. Everything was clean and organized. The house is modern and updated. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed since we like to cook. Plenty of space for our kids. Access to the beach made it worthwhile. We were using it to take school breaks between remote learning. had a great time staying at this home! Property manager Lara was easily to get ahold of and very courteous and professional. Lovely house on beautiful property.

Get away for 2 families with adult children. (11 in all). Visited during Covid times-it was easy to make meals as a family and maintain social distancing. In fact we had the beach all to ourselves. The views were unparalleled and the hikes were spectacular. Lara, constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. Rare in VRBO to have the property manager so accessible after the payments are made. We would def consider returning here.

Best beach home we have EVER been in!

We have stayed in this home multiple times in every season, it is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, between Cannon Beach and Manzanita. In fact, it is possible to walk to Cannon Beach along the sea shore, if you time the tides right, take the city bus back. The home is right on the beach. When you arrive at the front door, you can see through the living space to the beach. There is a glass wall between the front patio and the living room. The living room, dining room and two king master suites all have glass facing the beach as well. The views are like no other. The deck is on the south side of the house so there is protection from the wind but the views are not obstructed. It includes a large gas grill for outdoor cooking. If you appreciate art, you will fall in love with this home. There are many original pieces of art, ranging from paintings to sculptures. Even the dinning room table has a different sea bird carved and painted on each chair! The fireplace and mantle are curved like a wave as is the couch. The kitchen includes a professional gas range, 2 dishwashers and pantry. I found every thing I needed to prepare meals at home when not checking out the great restaurants in Cannon Beach and Manzanita. One of the nicest treats was the heated floors. The first time we came I saw the polished concrete floors and realized I forgot my slippers. No problem, the floors were toasty warm and I didn't have cold feet at all. We stayed in one of two king master suits. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I brought my own pillows but didn't need them. The other two bed rooms consisted of a queen with a set of bunk beds and a bunk room with multiple extra long bunk beds which were very nicely decorated. Both of those rooms had beautiful quilts. The bed and bath linens are of the highest quality and very comfy. Another big plus is the mud room containing a 2nd washer and drier and a shower for washing sandy children and dogs before coming up to the rest of the house. The home has always been immaculately clean and very well maintained. The manager is easy to connect with when needed, I know because once we forgot the key code and another time had trouble fingering out the TV, not being very techno. I had an immediate replay and the help I needed. This home is luxury all the way. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a well appointed home for a beach get away regardless of the season. You will not be disappointed!

Spectacular getaway!

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and spacious place to stay. Everything we needed was there: kitchen supplies, emergency backpack kits, and binoculars to watch the marine wildlife. Not only was it super clean and organized but it also was nice and private. This was the PERFECT place to stay! The ocean views were absolutely gorgeous and hearing the waves while falling asleep each night was so delightful! There were numerous places to eat and go hiking nearby as well. Staying here was the highlight of our trip!

Panoramic perfection!

From the moment you approach the front door of this beautiful home, the view can only be described as breathtaking. The water is literally outside your door and the views are beyond comparison. This luxurious home can accommodate a family reunion with comfortable sleeping accommodations for all. Walks on the beach, quiet and cozy reading...your time here will be only your first of several visits. One stay won’t suffice!

Dream Vacation Rental!

From the moment my family and I arrived at this incredible beach home, we knew this was going to be the vacation of our dreams! There was 9 of us (3 couples and 3 preteen/teens) sharing the home for a week and we had plenty of space! The owners provided everything we could possibly need for our stay. We especially loved the kitchen, fire pit, sitting/dining areas, and the bedrooms, including fine linens and towels. I also have to mention the decor. We thought every piece of furniture and art was beautiful and perfect for this luxury beach home. We had great weather during our stay so the ocean views were amazing! Actually breathtaking, at times! The few people we encountered around the property and on the beach were friendly and quiet. The booking, check-in and check-out process was smooth and Lara was great to work with. We would HIGHLY recommend renting this home to our friends and family. We hope to stay here again soon!

Beautiful home, stunning view! You'll LOVE it!

The home and setting are not to be improved upon! This beautiful home is impeccably cared for, extremely well furnished, and sets the stage for a remarkably peaceful getaway! The home offers great, open space for a large group, and a walk on the beach just a few steps away! The scenic Arch Cape location is perfect - shopping and services are available in the quaint town of Cannon Beach which is only a 10-minute drive away, and there are numerous hiking/biking options within a short distance as well. The owners of the property are terrific to work with - so helpful and professional! I highly recommend this property to anyone!

I've been vacationing in the Cannon Beach/Arch Cape area since I was a little girl, carrying on my dad's love of the place that started when he was in college (we now manage a small portfolio of vacation rentals together at Heritage Vacation Homes).
