This house was absolutely wonderful. Our whole extended family was there and we felt like there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The view of the lake is amazing. I wish there was an actual beach but you can paddleboard or swim directly from the house and all the equipment for that id at the house. We just loved it!

We love this place. This was our second stay here with 8 adults and four little ones. The grass back yard is a perfect play yard for children and the home is obviously decorated with love and attention to comfort and detail. It is perfect for a family Lake Tahoe vacation.

If I could give Barrett and her property a 10 star rating, I would. My four buddies and I celebrated our 70th birthday milestone this year here, as well as we have all known one another since the first grade. We all live in different areas of the country, and we all agreed that Tahoe would be a great place to come together.The size of the property, the location, and the organization of everything at the property being labeled and easy to find was by far the best experience we have had renting a property. Barrett checked in on us to make sure that everything was OK, and to see if we needed anything which was greatly appreciated. She is super friendly and caring about the people renting her home, and the pride that she has in the property is truly evident.This is a property we all agreed we would rent again. The views of the lake, the walking path along it, and the convenient location in South Tahoe were all wonderful. Thank you Barrett for having us as your guests. I'm sure all of your guests feel the same way after staying there. Cheers!!

This property is absolutely gorgeous! Nice, clean house on the lake, with lots of room. Barrett was absolutely wonderful- we were traveling with two little kids and she set up the pack and plays and had baby stuff such as high chair and toys readily available. Any questions we had, she answered immediately. We loved staying at this house and would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our annual snowboard trip. Amazing views, all amenities needed, and labels everywhere to help identify just about everything. Barrett is a great host, and I would love to return here one day.

Our family vacation was fantastic thanks to our fantastic host. Barrett and Jonathan were quick to respond to anything we needed. This home is absolutely amazing. The most beautiful view of the lake right on Regan Beach and so close to the slopes. We will definitely be renting here again.

This property was fantastic! We had a group of 10 for a long ski weekend. The house had plenty of space for everyone and had everything you need for a getaway. It was well stocked and very comfortable. The views of the lake were amazing and the location was ideal with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
