Hello there, great layout of place, very dusty and not super clean, walls all dirty and floor too. I don't walk with shoes inside and my socks were disgusting. It was super super hot and AC wasn't too strong at all even adjusting the fan and temperature. Def needs some deep cleaning and renovation. Chairs all very used

Nous sommes surpris par votre remarque sur la propreté, car nous avons la vidéo du dernier ménage qui montre que l’appartement était parfaitement propre avant votre arrivée. Dès que vous nous avez signalé de la poussière, nous avons immédiatement proposé un passage de ménage supplémentaire afin de répondre à votre demande, mais vous avez refusé cette intervention.
Concernant la chaleur, le logement est équipé d’une climatisation, mais il est vrai que pendant les fortes chaleurs, il peut être nécessaire d'attendre quelques heures pour que l'air refroidisse convenablement.
Nous prenons vos retours en compte, mais il est dommage de ne pas avoir profité de notre disponibilité pour améliorer votre séjour.
