We invite you to discover our little piece of paradise. Our brand-new, thoughtfully designed and furnished home is nestled in a natural setting. You'll enjoy peace and quiet and unobstructed views of the valley. All this close to the beach, shops, and Ajaccio. An ideal location for exploring Corsica and visiting Sagone, Porticcio, Cargèse, the Calanques of Piana, or the Vizzavona Pass. This is a 3-room, 80 m² timber-framed house on 2,000 m² of land. A large living room of over 40 m² with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer), a beautiful dining table facing the view, two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed (for occasional use only), and a television. A wooden terrace of over 45 m² with a dining area (table for 10 people) offers unobstructed views (no overlooking properties) to the west and north. Weiber gas barbecue and 4 sun loungers provided. A beautiful 15 m² master bedroom with a 160 cm bed (Emma hybrid mattress 2), desk, and wardrobe. A second bedroom with a bunk bed that converts into a 160 cm double bed: suitable for either 3 children or 2 adults (or even a child on top). A beautiful bathroom, separate WC, and an utility/laundry room. A travel cot is available on request with all the necessary equipment: baby bouncer, high chair, car seat, baby bath, etc. The house has fibre optic internet with Wi-Fi. Car hire is available on site. 10 km away Find Lava beach, a large sandy beach over 1 km long with all water sports (diving, sailing, boat rentals). Other beaches on the Tiuccia/Sagone side are 20 minutes away, the beaches of Ajaccio (notably the famous Capo di Feno) and Porticcio are 30 minutes away. The charming Greek village of Cargèse is less than 45 minutes away, and the Calanques of Piana are less than an hour away. The mountains and rivers are also more easily accessible than from Ajaccio or Porticcio. In terms of shops, there is a brasserie/pizzeria 3 km away, and a supermarket, bakery, tobacconist, and petrol station 7 km away. Major shopping centers are 15 minutes away, and the centre of Ajaccio is only slightly longer. The airport is 20 minutes away. Beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels will be provided. We will not charge an extra cleaning fee provided you are respectful of the property and take out the trash.
