Wisp weekend getaway

We loved our stay at Juno’s Place. Great location by the slopes, beautiful fireplace, comfortable home. A perfect choice for our group of 7! We would love to come back.

Great ski weekend

Juno's Place was perfect for my family. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for my family. This was the first time we selected a "pets welcome" listing and I was shocked at how clean it was! Loved the weekend and eager to return!

Everything but some basic supplies

It was lovely, but we had to flee the storm and left after only one night of our three night stay.However, when there is no easy way to get groceries (especially in wintry locales) it would be nice to have some basic non-perishables like salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cooking oil, etc.

Condo faced the sun and upon arrival the inside temperature was 88 degrees. They provided fans but the inside only cooled off to 81 degrees with all the windows opened at night. I was disappointed to not have a basic amenity like air conditioning.

We strive to be transparent about our offerings as this home is advertised as having no AC. However we will pass this along to the homeowners to consider adding air conditioning or more powerful cooling options for the future. Great condo, terrible experience w rental company

The condo was great, the perfect fit for our family. However there were some small issues w the property and when we contacted the rental company, they were less than helpful. The smoke detector battery was going off all night the first night, and there were mice running through the living room. In addition, there was misleading information about firewood for the indoor fireplace. (We were told it was provided, and it was not. We would have brought some had we known.) We nicely contacted the rental company the next day and they told us to take the battery out of the smoke detector, and had no comment about the mice. We went to the actual rental building to check in about things and ask about firewood, and the lady behind the desk barley acknowledged us and pretty much told us they would get to us at some point and to go buy firewood. We left feeling a little like they could have cared less about our stay. We decided to go buy firewood and went back to the condo where someone had put a bunch of mouse traps (still in the boxes) on the counter. I guess they expected us to set them out? We then saw paperwork saying they did NOT provide firewood- directly next to the paper work that said they DID provide firewood…??? Honestly, it wasn’t the worst thing ever, but I doubt we will rent from the rental company again. It would be enough for me not to rent this condo again. (Even tho the condo was great!) We come to Deep Creek fairly regularly and have always stayed w Taylor Made. They are wonderful and we will be sure to use them moving forward. I feel bad for the owners of the property if they are not affiliated w Railey.

Perfect location

I couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay on the mountain with ski in/ ski out access and a grocery store 5 minutes away, PERFECT LOCATION!!
