My cottage is completely renovated by me, warm and quiet with Wifi and full air conditioning.
3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilets, equipped kitchen (induction hobs, dishwasher, bar, duo coffee maker...), TV lounge.
Outbuildings with washing machine, water heater, clothes dryer..
Terrace with garden furniture, 4 mountain bikes with helmets, barbecue, fitness equipment, deckchair...
Peaceful village near the Loir and Loire valleys.
