Hiking and mountain biking trails nearby. 5 minutes from Jausiers and its lake, 15 minutes from Barcelonnette, and 20 minutes from Italy. Ideal for a holiday with family or friends combining nature, mountains and relaxation!

Welcome to our beautiful family home for 12 people located in the heart of the Ubaye Valley, a true haven of peace for an unforgettable holiday in the mountains!

This large house of 180m2 has 6 spacious bedrooms, ideal for hosting the whole family or a group of friends. You will also find a large garden with barbecue to enjoy the outdoors, as well as everything needed for the youngest: cot, high chair, and children's games.

Just 6 minutes from the ski slopes of Sainte-Anne-la-Condamine and 20 minutes from well-known resorts such as Vars, Praloup and Sauze Super Sauze, you will have access to multiple winter activities. In summer, the nearby hiking trails and mountain bike trails will allow you to discover the beauty of this mountainous region. Lake Jausiers, just 5 minutes away, is the perfect place for a relaxing day, while Barcelonnette, 15 minutes away, and Italy, 20 minutes away, offer you other opportunities to explore.

The house includes a large, fully equipped open kitchen. The spacious living room invites you to relax, with books, television and board games. For your comfort, the house is also equipped with wifi, allowing you to stay connected if needed.

Grande maison de famille

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette grande maison bien équipée et plutôt bien située par rapport aux nombreuses et belles randonnées qui s'offrent à nous. Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition des produits de 1ère nécessité et d'entretien.La Condamine Chatelard est un peu trop encaissée à mon goût. Les pizzas de l'Estanco au centre du bourg sont très bonnes.
