- Soaps and linens are only initially provided for the 1st week, due to the wide variety of preferences in today's world and frequent long term multiple month stays.
- Bath & beach towels and accessories are only initially provided and will not be replaced during guest's stay.
- In house cleaning of high priority areas, a minimum of every 2 weeks is required and paid by guest directly to the clean team. Mandatory cleaning every 2 weeks ensures premises are maintained to vacation rental standards.
- Guest agrees to all terms stated in Rental Agreement, including paying cleaning fees directly to the cleaner. Failure to comply with Rental Agreement, voids right to access and/or continue to stay on premises.
- While management attempts to promptly fix appliances, repairs cannot be guaranteed during your stay, due to the challenges of making repairs on a remote island with very limited help and delayed delivery.
