Malgré son style "vieillot", l'appartement est grand, fonctionnel, très bien équipé et idéalement situé. Un rafraîchissement de l'appartement serait idéal, mais c'est sans doute ce qui explique son prix imbattable! Il reste néanmoins très propre et spacieux.
