Clean and quiet!

Newly renovated home that is super clean with comfortable beds. Ashley responded quickly when we had any questions and the house had everything that we needed. Home is in a quiet neighborhood close to stores and has great access to downtown Norfolk and VA Beach. Corner lot with plenty of parking which came in handy as we were in town for a funeral.

Clean and very comfy, easy access to major highways.

The place was very clean, very well kept, you have all the basic stuff you will need, walking distance to the store, bus stop, easy access to the highway, beds are comfy, internet is good for office work, very safe as there is a security system. Most importantly, Ashley has been awesome. She is a superhost, was available for questions and for anything we needed. This place is highly recommended!

Not Well Maintained

If you're looking for location close to Norfork proper and ODU, this is a good place to stay. Unfortunately, the house is not well-maintained. 1. Water from faucets in kitchen and entry level bathroom doesn’t heat up 2. Upstairs hallway bathroom tub faucet handle off 3. Soap dish by sink unattached 4. Sliding glass door has no lock on it. A stick acts the lock. 5. Kitchen sink does not drain. 6. Dishwasher doesn’t drain, standing, stale water in the dishwasher. Property manager was apologetic, said she'd see if maintenence guy could swing by. He did not. Wouldn't have wanted him to anyway as we were out all day Saturday celebrating our son's college graduation. Offered one free night for future stays. No thanks. I don't want to take the chance on this property again.

Thank you for your review! My house did have party and some things were damaged. All the issues you presented were fixed. The garbage disposal was replaced which fixed the sink not draining properly and the dishwasher not draining properly. My cleaner attached both the tooth brush holder and the shower knob that were pulled off during your stay which I did not charge you for. My home is nice on the inside and is maintained. Thank you for staying and congratulations on have a 2024 graduate.
