The 34 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa of 4 apartments, 40m from the beach of the Anse des Rochers lagoon in Saint François, direct access to the beach and the swimming pool. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility

For an unforgettable stay in one of the most beautiful tropical estates in Guadeloupe, with a tennis court between the lagoon and an infinity pool of 1,000 m² with sea view facing Marie Galante.
The 7 ha Anse des Rochers wooded area is secured by a security guard. It is accessible by the Tourist Route in Saint François.
On site, a beach restaurant is at your disposal (except annual closure) from breakfast to dinner.

The apartment is equipped with a 600L water reserve to compensate for the network cuts. It is composed of:
- A room for 3 people, air-conditioned and equipped with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm pull-out bed.
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, washing machine, towels
- A fitted and equipped kitchen: Fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, electric BBQ, coffee maker, Nespresso Capsules, table set, tea towels....

Orange fibre wifi box and connected TV, beach chairs and beach towels provided. Rental of 5 days minimum. A welcome and a personalised follow-up is reserved for you on site
