Renovated house, quiet, terrace, river view, sleeps 6, in private woodland

House completely renovated in 2024, classified 3 stars in furnished tourism. Our cottage "Le Renard'eau", totally independent, is nestled in the heart of a small private wood, at the foot of the village of Oisseau, 100m from a river full of fish "La Colmont" visible from the terrace, and on a private property of 3000m2.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Sheets, towels, tea towel and hand towels
WIFI throughout the accommodation. Chromecast at your disposal to view your personal content from your smartphone.
Kit for the beginning of your stay: toilet paper, soap, body and hair gel, coffee, tea, condiments, ...
Baby equipment on site: travel cot, changing mat, booster seat

Self-arrival via a secure key box.
Cool in summer and warm in winter with its wood stove, the house is ideal in all seasons.

You will have:
- a living room of about 30m2 (fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed equipped with a real mattress 140x190 and a wood stove). A filter coffee maker and a bean machine are at your disposal according to your preferences.
- two comfortable bedrooms each with a 160x200 bed (quality French-made mattress) on the garden level and R+1.
- a bathroom with a large shower (flat-bottomed tray)
- separate sanitary facilities with washbasin and an annex room with washing machine.

Outside, a barbecue area is at your disposal, as well as a terrace on stilts with outdoor relaxation net and views of the surrounding nature.
Two free parking spaces are reserved for your exclusive use.
Please note: House NO smoking, pets are not allowed.
