Just 15 km from Étretat, the cottage makes it easy to enjoy the Alabaster Coast while staying in a peaceful setting. The cottage is small but well-designed to accommodate up to 4 people. The attic-style living area combines a sitting area, a dining space, and an open, fully equipped kitchen. The layout is simple, practical, and inviting—ideal for gathering after a walk, preparing a meal, or enjoying a quiet moment. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower stall, sink, and toilet. This layout is ideal for two couples, a family, or friends who wish to maintain their comfort and privacy. Upstairs (separate access via stairs): - an entryway leading to a small attic living area with a sitting area and an open, fully equipped kitchen - 1 double bedroom with a TV, a 140x190 cm bed, and a rollaway bed, - 1 double bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed - private bathroom in each bedroom with a shower stall, sink, and toilet. Outside: - flower-filled garden - access to a pétanque court, shared with the owners - farm animals (ducks, geese, chickens, sheep, and goats) - relaxation area with 2 benches, set among the animals and greenery, behind the cottage.
