This is the perfect beach house! The owner, Emanuele and her assistants are very helpful and maintain the property very well. For reference, the property is located between the Beginner's Bay and Santana beaches. I had a 4-wheel drive truck, and I was able to drive on the beach to both locations. The house is fully stocked for the items you'd need for your stay. There is an outdoor barbeque and even a stone fire pizza oven. There is a great pool that is right on the beach/backyard and plenty of comfortable seating. They have a couple of beach chairs to take off property. The location is centrally located to all of the good restaurants in the area. Emanuele was always very responsive to questions, and she provided plenty of great recommendations. She arranged transportation for us to and from the airport. I rented a truck at the Alamo a short drive from the house. We can't wait to return! Thanks Emanuele!
