I sent a review a few days ago. Bottom line: my daughter and son-in-law...who stayed in the unit...were very upset. There was construction going on all day long for most of the visit. It was either right above them or one unit over on the 2nd floor, but still very loud. They actually left a day early and told me to ask for a partial refund to them..which I'm doing. To have so little time on Kauai and to have that constant disruption is a poor combination - especially when the weather was so windy and they were in-doors more of the time. Please get back to me about this. Thank you.

As I mentioned when we communicated previously, the condominium above this unit is privately owned, and unfortunately we do not have control over when the owner chooses to perform work in their space. During your daughter’s stay, we did not receive any communication indicating there was an issue or a request to move to a different unit. Had we been notified at the time, we certainly would have done our best to explore available options. While I’m unable to offer a partial refund in this situation, we do value your business and would be happy to offer a discount on a future stay.
