We were part of a wedding party, and got to see several different units at this facility. Our room was the best of the bunch. Roomy, clean, and quiet on the south easterly corner of the east tower. Great ocean view with spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Clean and bright open design. Very happy with our stay. I would highly recommend this unit.

I didn't get much sleep,there was stuff hanging off the side of the building that made noise all night then at 8am worker was saying and drilling waking me up. I had no rest all week.

Condo was great, great views and great accommodations. Would like to see a view more pots and pans in the kitchen, tools and wash rags and also kitchen towels and wash clothes. Few things were broken but fixed quickly.. no complaints. I would stay there again.

Condo is a great location corner unit, needs a good maintenance punch list. Nothing major just little inconveniences, balcony door handle is broken, shower hand held not working, no touch trash can was not working, and a deep cleaning. Resort itself is showing a lot of wear. The kids had a great time though and that was the reason we tried Splash.

Luxurious accommodations, very clean, comfy beds, unbelievable views, quick communication! We didn’t cook (too many great restaurants) but kitchen was well stocked. We had 3 generations and everyone had a great time. We’ll be back for the great grand child as he enjoyed the water activities so much!

Although we only stayed for a few days, I certainly would've loved to stay a week or two. This is a great location to be a bit quieter on the beach. The whole process for booking, checking in and using the facilities was the easiest I have ever experienced in a Condo. The unit was a corner unit with great views and was very clean and updated. The space is open with plenty of room for family space and two separate King Bed Rooms with views of the beach. Everything just worked out great for us and we would stay here again.

The condo was just as described! It was very clean and well equipped with little extras that you might need, sand toys, beach chairs, kitchen necessities, balcony chairs and the best was the free beach chairs and umbrella on the beach everyday we were there!! Will definitely stay there again hopefully next year
