This Oceanfront property in the Sand Hills section of Scituate has 5 Bedrooms each with full bath and Oceanfront balcony. First floor has one common full bath. There are Two separate rooms one with Murphy cabinet and the other w/ Sleep / Sofa. One bedroom also includes a separate sleep / sofa. One can walk to the iconic Scituate lighthouse and to Scituate Harbor chock full of shops and restaurants. Full Chef's Kitchen, 3 Floors of living space. A Grand open Living Concept with Large Living and Dining Room

Just the best spot. I used this space for my wedding weekend. All the girls got ready here in the morning. We had our first look at the Scituate Lighthouse, just a quick drive. We hosted a day-after party here, too, out on the deck. Everyone raved about the house. Hoping to rent it again in the future! Plus, Kevin is truly an amazing host.

This ocean front home was perfect for our family to spend time together while we were in town for a family event. The kitchen and bar area were perfect for cooking and hanging out. The living area has stunning views and the large deck was awesome. Each bedroom had its own bath, mini fridge, and balcony overlooking the ocean; which made everyone happy !! The location is perfect and an easy walk into town. The host was easy to communicate with and we had a great time. The sea wall construction is ongoing but it did not bother us or interfere with our plans. Thank you!!

This was the perfect spot for our wedding weekend! The house is beautiful, very spacious and clean! Kevin was amazing and always available to answer any questions we had and even was willing to meet with us beforehand for a quick tour of the place. There was some construction right next to the house but Kevin let us know ahead of time and overall it didn’t affect our stay. We had the best time!!

The house is absolutely wonderful with a stunning view. You truly cannot beat the view. We stayed for our wedding weekend and were able to host friends from out of town. Every room having it's own bathroom and deck was more than ideal. It was chilly since we stayed in November, but you still cannot beat the sunrise or sunset. Kevin was more than accommodating and the house was well stocked with pantry and kitchen items. Kevin was very responsive when communicating. I would definitely stay at this property again and have already recommended.
