Perfectly positioned along Butler Avenue, Gardens at 704 offers one of Tybee Island's most convenient and walkable locations. Guests can enjoy a short stroll to Memorial Park, nearby beach access points, and local restaurants and shops, while also having the peace and privacy of a gated resort community.

Inside, the condo features a bright open-concept layout designed for comfort and connection. The living area includes plush seating, a Smart TV, and a queen sleeper sofa, creating flexible space for additional guests. Large windows bring in natural light throughout the day, while the fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space, modern appliances, and everything needed for preparing meals at home. We loved our stay and location in Tybee. The condo was great and the outside area with hot tub was a huge plus. The property with beach access and two pools was fabulous and the restaurant just made it so easy especially with kids. There were some kinks along the way but mgmt was fast in responding. It was a little difficult to locate and had some issues with plumbing but we would totally book again!!!

Great location. It’s on the quieter side of the island, but still within walking distance to many restaurants. The restaurant onsite was also extremely convenient. Private hot tub was a nice feature. Check-in process was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy access to the beach and the attached restaurant was awesome. It was a little chilly while we were there, so the hot tub was a huge plus! Also, ton of room in the condo!

This was the perfect condo for a family trip. We had a toddler and 2 infants and everything went so smoothly. It is close the beach, pools were easily accessible and clean, and we all had a great time. Highly recommend this place for your vaca!

We were impressed by the size of the condo.. the raised ceilings made it feel extra spacious. The hot tub was the best part for the kids. The beach chairs/toys/etc were a pleasant surprise as they were not mentioned in the listing. Very close to beach. Would stay again.

You honestly if you wanted to walk to everything you needed except grocery store you can! Walk out and the beach is right there- bar/food on site awesome !!

Girls Weekend Get-Away!

We had a great stay and we were very well taken care of by the property management company. Communication was great when we needed it and we had one instance where one thing was wrong and they showed up at the door within in minutes to fix it! That meant a lot to us! The place was very spacious and we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property

Everything was fantastic! Easy check in, plenty of covered parking, simple stroll to the beach, large pools and indoor/outdoor eating spaces on site. We used everything available to us in our condo, from the ice maker in the refrigerator to the hot tub on the patio. We loved it!
