Family holiday on Krk island

Overall, the accommodation was nice, spacious, and located in a peaceful village at the top of the island. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, and the swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. However, there were several issues. The sleeping arrangements for the person using the sofa bed were not properly prepared – there was no fitted sheet, prepared pillow, or duvet. We received no Wi-Fi instructions, and once connected, the speed was only around 0.5 Mbps, making it practically unusable for seven people. Mobile signal was also almost non-existent. There were very few instructions about the property in general. We did not know where to dispose of rubbish and eventually found recycling bins about half a kilometre away. We also could not find a way to switch on the pool lighting. The flush button in the main toilet kept falling off, the shower was leaking, and parking and manoeuvring around the property was quite difficult. The biggest concern was finding around three scorpions inside the rooms during our stay. After that, we started checking the rooms before going to sleep, which made us feel uncomfortable, especially as we were travelling with a child. There was also very little toilet paper provided for seven people and one child staying for eight days. The property has a lot of potential, especially thanks to its space, excellent kitchen and great pool, but better preparation, basic maintenance, clear instructions, reliable Wi-Fi and addressing the scorpion issue would significantly improve the experience.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist super ruhig, genau perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche ebenfalls super ausgestattet. Kommen jederzeit gerne wieder :-)

Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super. Das einzige was wir Schade fanden, war dass obwohl acht Personen gemeldet waren, nur Handtücher für sechs Personen bereit gelegt waren. Außerdem hat uns das Luftbett für die 8. Person als Schlafplatz gefehlt. Wir haben hier provisorisch aus Strandmatratzen einen Schlafplatz errichtet. Aber trotzdem war es ein toller Urlaub.

Eines der besten Ferienhäuser was ich hatte!

Die Vermieter haben wir leider nicht kennengelernt, aber dafür das wunderschöne Ferienhaus! Angefangen vom Pool mit dem perfekten gemauerten Einstieg und dem sauberen Wasser bis zum Schluss! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts! Badezimmer TOP, Küche TOP, Schlafzimmer super Matratzen Top. Ein ganz kleines Manko wäre der schlechte Internet Empfang aber es bleibe bei 11 von 10 Punkten! Vielen Dank für Alles!!! Beste!

Extraordinary journey!

Alles war so wie beschrieben, wir konnten flexibel einchecken und das Haus war super sauber. Der Pool war für uns das Highlight.

They haven't taken out the trash or leftover food from the house for a week, storing everything under the stairs. The house smells indescribably after them. We would not recommend these guests to anyone and we hope they will never be our guests again.

Brilliant service!

Positiv Sehr tolle Unterkunft wo man sich sofort einfach nur wohl fühlt. Leckeres Essen in der Umgebung und schöne Restaurants. Toller Service und schnelle freundliche Bearbeitung. Wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt und es gibt nichts annähernd negatives über unsere Unterkunft. Kurz wir waren einfach total begeistert. Negativ Wir wollten einen Familienbadeurlaub machen, doch leider sind die schönen Strände und Buchten schwer zu erreichen vorallem mit dem Auto. Wahrscheinlich ist es besser sich ein Boot zu mieten wofür man einen Boot Führerschein braucht. Nach 4 "normalen" und 2 "äußerst spannenden" (ich fahre einen Geländewagen) Versuchen einen schöne Badebucht zu finden die nicht völlig überfüllt ist haben wir es aufgegeben mit dem Baden. Es gibt Familien Strände aber dort ist alles völlig überfüllt im August. Das hat aber nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun sondern mit unserer Erwartung an die Insel Krk. Fazit: Trotzdem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir können es sehr empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in der Villa Blue Ivy

Wir verbrachten dieses Jahr mit drei Generationen einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Blue Ivy. Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen im kleinen Örtchen Sveti Ivan und ist somit optimal für Familien und Ruhesuchende, Naturliebhaber und Hundebesitzer. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man sich bei einer tollen Unterkunft wünscht. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind perfekt, um Urlaub mit mehreren Generationen zu machen. Herauszuheben ist die große, überdachte Terrasse mit herrlicher Sitzmöglichkeit zum Essen und Verweilen mit Blick ins Grüne. Das Grundstück selbst ist eingezäunt und wundervoll mediterran bepflanzt. Es gibt einen großen Pool und Liegemöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Das wirkliche Highlight war unsere Vermieterin Frau P.. Sie hat uns alle offenen Fragen im Vorfeld beantwortet und war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und eine perfekte Gastgeberin! Herzlichen Dank für eine so wunderbare Gastfreundschaft und einen traumhaft, schönen Urlaub in Ihrem Haus!!!

Schöne Lage, tolles Haus

Abseits vom üblichen Urlaubstrubel liegt das Haus in ruhiger und grüner Lage und ist trotzdem nur 10 Min Fahrt zum Strand oder Supermarkt. Es ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Einzig die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war etwas dürftig. Unser Kühlschrank Problem wurde zwar mehrfach zur Kenntnis genommen aber leider einmal kam jemand vorbei. Trotzdem können wir das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Herrliches, modernes Steinhaus in wilder Landschaft

Das im modernen Vintage-Dekor eingerichtete Steinhaus und der umgebende Garten mit Pool ist tadellos gepflegt. Der Verwalter steht rund um die Uhr mit Rat und wo nötig auch mit Tat zur Verfügung. Das Anwesen grenzt unmittelbar an die von niedrigen Mauern durchzogene und Gebüsch bewachsene Landschaft. Bis zum nächsten Markt sind es 10 min, zum Meer in Malinska 15 min. Die Insel ist sehr unterschiedlich vom malerischen Vrbnik hoch über dem Meer an der Ostküste bis zum kargen Stara Basra haben wir viele Ausflüge unternommen.

Perfekte Villa und sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben diese Villa mit 7 Personen (6+1) gemietet und waren einfach begeistert. Das Haus ist wunderschön und modern, die Einrichtung so gut wie neu. Die Terrasse mit Pool und Grillplatz war für einen entspannten Urlaub einfach perfekt! Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles perfekt!
