This is a great little hidden gem, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone traveling to Tucson, who is looking for place to stay at a great price. The this adorable house is very spacious and even though itโ€™s in the middle of a busy area, it has lots of privacy and beautiful flowers surrounding it. It has a large, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and two full baths, which was wonderful. The check-in process was very easy and communication with the owner was great!

Superior in every way! Completly clean, spotless. Great AC. Exterior doors very secure. The driveway is within the fenced yard and also secure. Fabulously hot water and great shower heads. Plenty of room inside and out. Ice maker. Would be great for long term stays as well. Host sent easy check in instructions and made it clear that if we needed anything, they were available. This was a great find. We are looking forward to staying here again.

The house was super cute, spacious, and felt very secure with its gated driveway. Itโ€™s conveniently located near stores, which made everything easy. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The AC worked well and kept most of the house nice and cool, and having fans in each bedroom was definitely a bonus. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer available.The beds were a little too firm for our liking, maybe a mattress pad would help but other than that, we had a great experience and would definitely book again.

This is a cute, comfortable, accessible home in a central Tucson location. We had even more room than we needed and everything was very clean and tidy. The hosts were great communicators, answering our questions and checking in with us. We were staying with small kids and none of us were bothered by the apartment or street traffic that others mentioned. There was a persistent musty smell in the home - we didn't spend much time there, so weren't overly bothered by it. Everything was very clean, and I still think we had a 5-star stay! I'm mentioning this because I know some people spend lots of time in their VRBOs or are very sensitive to smells. Thank you for a great stay! We really appreciate it.

The host, Taylor, was very welcoming and kind. Everything was great. Only problem we had was adjusting the water for the shower. It was extremely hot and didnโ€™t cool down until you turned the handle all the way over to cold. It was either too hot or too cold. It took at least 5 minutes of wasting water by the time we reached a happy medium.

This is a beautiful house in a convenient location. It is comfortable, with lovely amenities, and served our needs well. The only reason for the less than perfect review is that we had a terrible experience with the host. We booked early knowing we would be staying during a period of high demand, but after we booked our stay, he reached out saying he "would have to raise prices" as he had recently remodeled his property. He kept trying to get us to call him off-app. Obviously a host shouldn't be pressuring a guest for more money after the fact, and definitely can't increase the agreed-upon price. We ended up having to call VRBO and ask them to intervene on our behalf, which they did, and I was grateful for their support. The host continued trying to nickel-and-dime us at every opportunity, right down to trying to charge a late checkout fee when we did not check out late. His persistent behavior cast a sour cloud over what should have been a very enjoyable visit. It was also disappointing as we enjoyed the property itself and would likely have chosen to book it again on another occasion. Bottom line: Choose this host at your own risk.

This is a great home with plenty of space inside and out. All of the beds were comfortable and the a/c was fantastic. It was over 100 our entire stay and the a/c kept the house nice and cool. Highly recommend.

Territorial House

This home was in a good central location to visit Tucson's many attractions, and a Mediterranean restaurant was 2 blocks away. The kitchen was large, and well stocked for cooking breakfast and the occasional meal. The only drawback was the traffic noise, mostly during rush hours.
