There was nothing fancy about the house, but it was perfect for our family trip to ride the Hiawatha Trail. The town of Wallace was charming and it was delightful to learn the mining history of the area.
The house is adorable, clean and well stocked of everything you would need. The owners are delightful and very responsive to questions. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and 100% plan on coming back!
The house was charming and felt like home! All our guests were comfortable and enjoyed the stay. The hosts were amazing, greeted us, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and shared allbthe charmbthe house brought to life.
The cabin it's a beautiful location right outside of Wallace Idaho, which is a quaint little town. lots of events going on. I would suggest that you pick this home for your next travels to that area. I would definitely be going back. I’d like to say thank you to Jules for reaching out and meeting all our needs. Not far from the trail of Coeur d’Alene or the trail of Hiawatha. We had a wonderful bike ride when we were there..
This was a very cute place to stay. The owners were very quick to respond when we had a chirping detector but turned out to be nothing. I would definitely stay there again.
Loved our stay! The hostess was welcoming and answered all our questions about the area and the house quickly. She went out of her way to make our stay memorable. Thank you!!
This was the perfect getaway weekend. The house was extremely cozy, under the TV is an electric fireplace with a fan that sets the perfect mood for getting comfy and watching a movie. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it for meals. We will definitely be back.
Loved the location! Peaceful, surrounded by trees. Quiet. Cottage is cute, family friendly and well stocked. Hostess was super friendly and helpful. We'd love to stay here again.

The exit is 15 minutes from Hiawatha & another 5 minutes up hill (not 10 minutes). Download the map when have service before exit highway & have NONE because wiFi password is different from VRBO note-didn't notice table behind kitchen table-took 15 minutes to figure that all out. Our directions told us to turn right & another right, but turn right, then left, & then right to go up a skinny hill/road. It's a very old house at the end-took extra 10 minutes to find.We toured the house first to pick our beds. The listing fails to mention that there is a 2nd floor with skinny steep stairs. Its inaccurate about the bed sizes too. There are 2 twins and 4 full size-very uncomfortable for 2 adults. There were also too many spiders for our liking, so we determined that no one was sleeping upstairs. We killed 6 spiders downstairs. My daughter is afraid of spiders, so she slept in chair in the LR. There are 2 full beds downstairs that 3 of us slept in, but we didn't sleep well and wish the house was 1-story and had no spiders & could've all just slept in our own beds. There was also mouse poop in one of the kitchen drawers, so that turned us off too. My family was really upset with me for choosing this place & it put a damper on the last day of our vacation. The pictures are angled to make it look better & only 4 chairs at kitchen table. On the positive side, the kitchen & bathroom were stocked well. If you like really old homes fixed up cute this is for you, but this wasn't for us!
Nice house. Lots of rooms and beds to choose from. Jules was great to work with for us bringing our dogs. Easy drive to get into Wallace! Highly recommend!
Loved the location because it set on a mountain , quite and friendly neighbor , close to town, beautiful scenery , super easy to get ahold of owners. Would stay again. Thanks for having everything we needed on hand.
