This cosy holiday home is located directly by the sea in Smricev Bad bay on the island of Hvar. You can relax on the concrete and rocky beach in front of the house. The house consists of two separate accommodation units, each with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with living area. Ideal for larger families or friends who want to spend their holiday together. Enjoy the unique panoramic view while you have breakfast on the terrace. Boat hire on request from the owner for excursions or to get to the other side of the bay (approx. 300 m), where there is a pizzeria and restaurant. The house is approx. 100 metres from an unpaved road.

Die direkte Meerlage des Hauses fanden wir super.

Die direkte Meerlage des Hauses fanden wir super. Man muss sich aber bewusst sein, dass es eine Ruheoase ist und hier n dieser Gegend insgesamt nicht viel los ist.Das Haus ist funktional ausgestattet, lediglich ein Geschirrspüler fehlt. Tolle Terassen und Liege möglichkeiten, freundliche bemühte Vermieter.Ein Higlight war der Pickup Service mit dem Boot in das (einzige) Restaurant auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Bucht.

Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar. Man hat das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Wir waren jeden Tag im Meer schnorcheln. Ja der Weg dorthin die letzten 500 m sind nur Kies trotzdem sind wir heil angekommen. Vermieter sind sehr nett und ließen Gastgeschenke für uns da. Zum Einkaufen oder ein Restaurant fährt man ca. 1-2 Stunde. Es gibt auch gegenüber in der anderen Bucht ein Restaurant. Entweder man fährt da hin oder man lässt es sich liefern. Oder man ruft an und man wird zum Restaurant mit dem Boot abgeholt und wieder zurück gebracht. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen und wir kommen hier hin definitiv wieder.

Sehr nette Vermieter.

Sehr nette Vermieter.Das Haus und diese wunderschöne Lage können wir durchaus empfehlen.Dies gilt nur für diejenigen die wirklich Naturverbunden sind und die Ruhe lieben.Für einen Einkauf muss man ca. 30 min fahren, die Auswahl an Restaurants, wir haben 2 Stück gefunden.Aber wirklich gutes Essen.Leider hat das Bett in dem größeren Appartement nicht wirklich Liegequalität, auch die Kopfkissen haben zu Nackenschmerzen geführt, die besten Jahre hatten sie wohl hinter sich.Trotzdem haben wir uns dort am Meer wunderbar erholt.Wer Haustiere mir bringt sollte sich im klaren darüber sein, dass das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist.
