3 bedroom awesome home in Nea Makri

This semi-detached villa is located in Nea Makri, a seaside resort just 30 minutes by car from Athens International Airport. Just 50 meters from the elegantly furnished and fully air-conditioned house stretches a magnificent sandy beach, which is awarded the Blue Flag eco-label again every year. A 4 km long coastal path lined with palm trees and lawns connects Nea Makri with the seaside resort of Marathon. Within a radius of 500 to 1,00 meters you will find plenty of restaurants, taverns, cafes, bars and supermarkets, and within walking distance you can also reach the Temple of the Egyptian Gods and the excavation site of Marathon. The vacation home can accommodate up to six adults and is also equipped with a baby crib. You have access to a spacious garden and your meals can be enjoyed on the large veranda in the morning, at noon and in the evening. On the first floor there is a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the interior staircase leads to the two bedrooms: One has a double bed, the other two single beds. Upstairs under the roof there is a separate area with a private bathroom, a kitchenette and two more sleeping options in the form of a single bed and a sofa bed. The location of the accommodation is ideal for combining the best of a cultural and city trip with a beach vacation: Day trips to Athens, Athens nightlife, archaeological sites, relaxation, sun and swimming in Neak Makri.

A perfect stay

Excellent property, ideally situated for accessing restaurants with sun beds to the east and restaurants/ cocktail bars to the west, albeit with a 15 minute stroll in each direction. Thanos was a very friendly. approachable and helpful host. A perfect stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Nea Makri, the host was engaged and welcoming, the area was enjoyable for a few days stay any longer you need a car to explore outlining communities and Athens. The home was as prescribed and we were completely happy with the property. If their was any complaint I would say that both Showers had the wand only and no where to hang it, making it awkward to shower properly, an easy fix for the owners consideration.

Ein Ferienhaus zum wohlfühlen! Eine bessere Unterkunft kann man sich nicht aussuchen. Tolle Lage, großes gereumiges Haus, super klimatisiert, Top gepflegt und sehr sauber! Können wir nur weiter empfehlen!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Perfect verblijf

Super dicht bij het strand, aan een doodlopende straat. Erg rustig gelegen maar 10 minuutjes lopen en je bent bij de heerlijke Tavernaas van Nea Makri. Of 20 minuten lopen naar Marathonos. Athene goed te doen. Eigenaar was erg vriendelijk. Thanos. Bedankt.

Absolut Entspannung

Der Gastgeber war super nett, ein Telefonat und er kam aus dem Nebengebäude für die Schlüsselübergabe! Eine nette kleine Führung und Einweisung, zur Begrüßung gab es einen Obstkorb! Der Strand ist dann doch 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt, aber wirklich nur einmal um die Ecke! Guter, entspannter Urlaub!

Beautiful house, very friendly owner

They property appears new and is well equipped. The owner, Thanos is very friendly and helpful. 100m to the beach, Athens city centre is about 50 mins away by car. We found it to be a perfect mix between city and beach holiday. No guest directly after our stay, so we could set our own check out time without fee. 100% recommendable!

Tolle Location, tolle Umgebung

Die Lage ist super, direkt am Meer. Nach Athen braucht man ca. 50 min. Mietauto ist ein Muss. Aber es gibt auch wunderschöne Strände ganz in der Nähe. Der Vermieter ist toll, das Haus super. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Great home in Great location

This home is very nice and well cared for. Lots of space to enjoy and everything one would need with lots of outdoor space too. It is just a block from the water and close to restaurants and some shopping. Very nice area and very nice host. He is always available and answers and lives nearby. Enjoyed this 1st stop and the people and area very much. Highly recommend this home.

ein wunderschönen gelungenen Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der sehr nette Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und zur Begrüßung Obst und 2 Flaschen Wein vorbereitet. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz, ist sauber und gepflegt, sehr modern nach griechische Art eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt es alle notwendige Geräte, Geschirr und Besteck . Die Terrassen und der Garten sind durch Hecken geschützt und daher relativ geschlossen/nicht einsehbar. Im Garten wohnt eine große Schildkröte und das hat uns Spaß gemacht, sie zu füttern. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand und dafür in sehr ruhige Umgebung. Zum Strand ist wirklich nur 2 min . Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in ca 1km. und ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen. Es war ein entspannter Urlaub, wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Haus.

Netter und wohlorganisierter Empfang durch den freundlichen Gastgeber. Großzügige Räumlichkeiten entsprechend der Beschreibung. 80m zum sandigen, unendlich langen Strand und schönen Bademöglichkeiten. Netter, am Wochenende auch sehr gut besuchter Ort mit verschiedensten Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung und allen sonstigen Einrichtungen.
