The property was ready for us and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for ski stuff in the entry hall. The rooms and beds were comfortable for our whole family. The kitchen has everything we needed for our meals.
We enjoy our stay. There was plenty of room for each of us to relax. The couch in the loft was a great bonus lounge area. The unit was clean and well organized. With all the snow we had during our visit we appreciated the shovel and salt left at the landing by the front door. The convenience of being able to walk across the street to giant steps was perfect. We definitely would stay here again. Thank you!
The unit was great, close to the lifts. Great price for a 3/2 townhouse. Would definately look to reserve it again. I had communication issues with emails through VRBO, but the host management company was good with communication directly to me. The only downside is the stairs to get to the unit. At 10,000 feet they can be challenging.
Place was great, clean and lots of space for our family with 4 kids. It was especially incredible to just walk across to the ski lifts! We also enjoyed playing with the sleds right in the complex! Would definitely book again!
This place is so cozy and clean, making it wonderful for family time! The view is amazing. The only drawback is that one of the room heaters is broken. However, I highly recommend this place for a great time with family and friends. The community and management are amazing; they responded to my emails very quickly.
Excellent location for a ski weekend at Brian Head. Across the road from the Giant Step express lift. Cozy 70s condo, with lots of steps to access the unit. Great stay for our family
Easy check in. Location is right across from Giant Steps. Close to everything. All the amenities and space we needed. Communication was easy with prompt responses. It has stairs as other reviews noted, but we had no issue. Definitely staying there next time.
The location can't be beat! It's an easy walk to Giant Steps and the shuttle picks up right in front of the condo if you want to go to Navajo. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us to hang out and sleep, although the kitchen and dining table were small. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Thank you for leaving us a review. I thrive to give my guests the best vacation experience. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay.
Thanks,

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo was clean cozy and had a cabin like feel. The kitchen was well equipped with all supplies, made cooking meals easy. Plenty of space for my husband and I and our two adult children. We will definitely be back soon .
The unit was very clean and the communication with the property manager was prompt. No complaints, but just a couple of items to note:The electrical needs a little attention. There were a couple of the main lights/fans that did not work. Not deal breakers, but minor inconveniences that make a difference. There are ALOT of stairs leading up to this unit in addition to the two flights of stairs inside. At 10,000 feet elevation, this would have been helpful to know. My 20-year old son nearly passed out helping me carry our giant ice chest up all the stairs. Not sure an elderly group could manage very easily. But all in all, this was a great unit for our party of six!

Light/fan problem has been resolved. New one was installed and electrical was fixed.
The listing states there is a lot of stairs.
Listen to the reviews. The stairs are rough when you’re carrying luggage and presents for 10 people. The stay was nice seeing we had no refrigeration. The refrigerator went out the day we got there Christmas weekend. The manager offered food but wasn’t what my family wanted. No accommodation with all the groceries that we brought. Not happy with how the owner treated us.

As listed in the description, there are stairs going up to this unit. The owner did accommodate with $200 towards the groceries that were purchased. It took a few days getting this guest her money due to holidays and she didn't have the App for the property management company to send it. The property manager did offer to bring a ham, a potato casserole and other dishes, but the guest did not want them. The property manager also said she would bring coolers up, as it was 6 degrees outside, and there is a deck that things could have been stored. As this was Christmas Eve and numerous phone calls were made by the management team to try and get someone up the mountain, but with no luck. The fridge was replaced on the 26th once people were available to make this possible.
We are extremely sorry to this guest, and tried to accommodate to her with the best of our abilities at this time.
The property was just as advertised including the stairs. Very private for a condo with everything you would need for a family. The kitchen was perfect for fixing meals and had more amenities than usual in a rental.
