Hidden gem, 4 min drive to Corcega Beach, private house

Studio apt, with full kitchen full bath with all amenities to cook, enjoy watching tv on a 65 inch, Wi-Fi included, we have beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella with two size coolers for guest to enjoy!! This is a private house on a quite neighborhood that’s safe, owners live upstairs, we are about 4 min to the nearest beach in corcega and about 8 mins from the town where u have lots of restaurants to visit, guest can park in the driveway, the apt has a/c and a ms Pac-Man for ur enjoyment!!

Great Stay!

This was the perfect stay for a quick getaway! The apartment has all the essentials and more, Ernie offers beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, and tons of other amenities that go above and beyond! Would definitely stay again!

Laid back accommodations

Out of the busy of the beach area or ‘downtown’ Rincon, yet easily accessible. Ernie and Kim are knowledgeable and welcoming hosts.

The apartment was in a perfect location for us. We were 10 minutes from the Rincon lighthouse but in a very quiet neighborhood with almost no traffic. The apartment lived up to the photos and was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Cozy Studio

We had a wonderful stay on this hidden gem in Rincón. It has this cozy and beach vibe feeling with privacy. The bed is very comfortable. The place has a small kitchen and it is equipped with full amenities including beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Very close drive to restaurants and groceries. We would love to stay here again.

Could not find one negative thing to say. FIRST class all the way. Cozy atmosphere and everything you could possibly need was provided for your convenience. The hosts were warm and welcoming!

We loved staying at this property. It was very convenient to Rincon and the beaches. It is not on the beach but just a 5 min. drive away. The apartment was new & very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Ernie was quick to communicate and give us directions to the property. We would definitely recommend this property.

Awesome place and great host

This place does not disappoint. Beautifully updated. There is a cool touch screen that shows you suggestions of where to go and eat. The host was a great communicator and super helpful. Highly recommend.

A unique an awesome place

I was in love with this place. The owner has fine taste. The accuracy to detail was incredible. It was such the perfect place. It was so unique from the minute I drove up and entered. It was so cozy. I would not change a thing. This place added to my vacation. I loved hearing the Coki’s at night. It was very relaxing and charming. I wouldn’t change a thing. Well done.

Excellent place to stay

I went on a surfing trip with my son and we couldn't have been more comfortable in this studio. Fully equiped, all you would need is there. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Short drive to Rincón, groceries, restaurants, beaches... The host was super nice and helpful. I really hope to be able to stay again in my next trip to Rincón. Thank you so much Ernest!

Perfect for me!

My stay was perfect. The apartment is clean and decorated nicely...and the PacMan on the wall is a fun feature! I enjoyed most the hammock on the covered patio, especially in the rain. The unit owners were very easy to deal with and easy to reach. This was my first visit to PR, and it was absolutely wonderful, I can't wait to return 😊.

The coolest place!

We are in the VRBO vacation rental business in Rincon, and had a double booking and so my wife and I had to find a place to stay. We booked this lovely place and were so delighter when we stayed here. Kim and Ernest's touches on this space were incredible. Super comfortable, beautiful patio and hammock, amazing bathroom amenities, just so perfect for our 4 day stay. We were so impressed we took a few ideas of theirs and will incorporate them into our rentals. I recommend this place to anyone that wants peace, tranquility and a super cool, clean place to stay. It was awesome and they are amazing hosts!

No Hot Water the entire stay

Beautiful room, somewhat noisy roadside area (can’t be helped) but, no hot water the entire stay even after notifying the host. My wife was not happy with cold showers. On the last I noted the on-demand water heater was on “summer”, the low setting but, didn’t want to alter the hosts equipment. This really wasn’t acceptable and should have been throughly checked once reported. The bed was fairly uncomfortable and we left a day early because of these two issues.

TOTALLY AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First off ERNIE AND KIM greeted me and I knew we clicked! I consider them family now. They are the nicest, most genuine, fun, great people!!! My 18 year old was in town for PRIBL and was sick and Kim calmed me down and helped me get him better. Their APT is so beautiful, fully stocked, everything you need! Just bring your toothbrush! We loved the home, the patio and all of the coolers and beach chairs. The landscaping is so tropical. The location was JUST PERFECT! The attention to detail at this property is the BEST EVER!!! I stayed a month and Kim made sure I had clean sheets, towels, beach towels and even loan my son a few blankets for his dorm. I will be back someday! This was the best trip ever. Close to beaches, laundry, fun, food, drink, and baseball stadiums! I adore you Erine and Kim!!!! This place is a 20 STAR place!!!!!

Great quiet area

Great little spot in a quiet area of town. The room was just as pictured and described. We enjoyed using the kitchen and dining area. We truly loved the place, one change that would make the stay even better would be an outside cooking grill to allow for more meals. But overall great spot.

Our Rincon Getaway

As previously mentioned a little hard to find, but it is well worth the initial confusion. We were very pleased with the location, secluded, tucked back off the road in the woods, and about an 8-10 minute drive into the center of Rincon. The room was tidy and had everything you could need, from all brand new cooking supplies, to a large first aid kit. Talked with the owner a few times in passing and he was always very polite and asked if there was anything we needed. The hammock on the porch was a great touch for a glass of wine at the end of the day. The game console was a nice touch and I really enjoyed trying to beat whoever set the impossibly high score on galactica while cooking dinner. I would absolutely stay here again, very great experience.
