Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. A charming Napoleonic house at the foot of the Orx Marsh. You will enjoy a magnificent park with a swimming pool and a splendid view of the Orx Marsh, a true haven of peace where you can relax and recharge in complete tranquility. 15 minutes from the beaches of Labenne Océan, 20 minutes from Capbreton, 25 minutes from Hossegor, and 15 minutes from the Vélodyssée cycle route for beautiful bike rides in the forest. The accommodation: Our estate consists of 3 independent houses, each with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, and terrace. This listing is for the Libellule cottage, perfect for 5 people. The Libellule cottage consists of a large living room where you can have lunch or dinner and relax. It features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and two bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine. It opens onto a large terrace with panoramic marsh views, perfect for al fresco dining. The master bedroom has a large double bed, while the mezzanine bedroom offers three single beds. A dry toilet completes the amenities. You can also enjoy our large 12m x 6m swimming pool. The peace and tranquility of the surroundings guarantee a rejuvenating and unforgettable holiday.
