Do not book here!!

The client cancelled on us at check in time. She failed to communicate with us before our arrival. She thought the booking was spam and was attending a conference without cellphone service. Do not book here. The company did not provide a full refund for the stay!!!!

Uncomfortable Stay

This place wouldn’t be TOO bad if you were needing somewhere to stop for the night, but anything over that is too much. When we first arrived the host was unresponsive to our app messages or text messages for about an hour; she only answered once we called her cell number provided by VRBO support. The layout is strange. The bathroom is one of the office bathrooms (men’s/women’s) that has been poorly converted into a full bath. There is a small pedestal sink and nowhere to set your toiletries (although we were provided with used bar soap and mostly empty shampoo bottle) or hang towels/clothes. The bathroom is separated from the offices by a temporary divider panel that offer no privacy or real separation between the rental space and the offices that share the building. The patio has been converted into the living area and does not insulate well, so it was rather cold (stayed in February) and the bedrooms are on the same thermostat as the offices and require you to call the owner to get the temperature changed. The only parking for the office is in the back and so is the rental space. We had customers come and try to open our door while we were getting dressed because they thought our door was the main entrance since it’s adjacent to the parking. Overall the place wasn’t cleaned, but the biggest items involved were the used soap bars and leftover pizza in the small mini-fridge. The owner wouldn’t work with us and we tried to get out of rental, but we ended up having to pay for this place and go find somewhere else to stay for 5 days. One night here? Maybe. Five nights here? Not a chance.
