Beautiful, air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment near the arena

Charming 37m² one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a small, quiet building in the heart of Pérols town centre. The sea is less than 10 minutes away and Montpellier is 15 minutes by car. The tram is 5 minutes away (1 stop from Arena and 20 minutes from Saint Roch train station). Bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. TV with Chromecast in the bedroom and a smart TV with AirPlay and a TV box with Netflix in the living room. One pet is welcome. No smoking! Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo, and coffee/tea are included.

L'appartement correspond bien aux photos, il était propre et confortable...et à 2 mns à pied du centre...Petit bémol, le parking n'est pas à coté et il est payant...Quand aux places gratuite, inutile de vous dire qu'il n'y a jamais une place...Pas trés pratique, surtout quand il faut déposer ses affaires...
