Description of Apartment "Rote Lagune" Baltic Sea Ustronie Morskie near Kolberg
The newly built apartment in 2016 in the Residencya Ustronie Morskie is located on the 3rd Floor of an apartment house and offers a family-friendly, modern holiday home on about 60 square meters. The apartment is accessible by an elevator that leads to the roof terrace.
Enjoy meals on the spacious, illuminated balcony terrace outdoors or at the dining table in the living room. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other bedroom with a double bed.
An American fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hobs (4), fridge / freezer is integrated in the living room.
High chair and travel bed are available, also flat screen TV satellite system, internet radio, own W-Lan.
A comfortable sofa bed also offers space for two people.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine and hairdryer.
In the closed video-monitored facility there are parking spaces, fitness room, sports / tennis courts, bike rental and a large pool with loungers for relaxing.
The wide Baltic Sea beach can be reached via a path after about 500m.
In the village there are shops and many nice little cafes and restaurants.
The Helios water park with wellness area, water slides, sauna etc. offers a lot of fun for young and old.
You can reach Kolberg by car (approx. 12 km) or by bike along the beach promenade.
The bread museum on the S11 is recommended. Here you can eat delicious goulash soup in bread dough.

Great Apartment

Es war soweit alles super bis auf mit den poolzeiten fand ich nicht gut das ab 18uhr geschlossen wurde und nur mit badeaufsicht man baden durfte. Ansonsten sehr schönes appartement. War so eine sehr gute Anlage

Hervorragend ausgestattetes Apartment in neuwertigem Zustand. Wir waren zu fünft da und haben uns die 10 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Pool und Anlage sind gepflegt und sauber.Bis zum Strand war es etwas weiter als die angegebenen 500m, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.Der Strand ist sehr schön und lädt zum Sonnenuntergang-Spaziergang ein.Wir haben bei der Anreise nicht gleich das Büro gefunden - das ein kleines Gebäude gegenüber vom Rolltor, dort steht außen auch die Telefonnummer von Fabian dran, der kümmert sich um euch ;)

Sommerurlaub

Meine Schwiegermutter und mein Mann verbrachten 8 wunderschöne Tage in dem Appartement rote Lagune. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Sehr bequem war der Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine. Es gab sogar ein Windschutz für den Strand.Das einzige Minus war die Bettwäsche. Es waren an allen Bettbezügen die Reißverschlüsse kaputt und das Bettlaken hatte ein Loch.Man bemerkt es ja beim Aufziehen und sollte es gleich beseitigen.Wir hatten einen perfekten Ausblick auf den Pool. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.Wir werden es weiterempfehlen.Discounter,Strand und Centrum sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Wir waren das zweite Mal dort und wieder sehr zufrieden. Sehr sauberes Anlage, die Ferienwohnung überdurchschnittlich eingerichtet, war alles vorhanden, selbst Windschutz und Spielzeug für den Strand. Elektrogeräte, Waschmaschine ... Es gibt einfach nichts zu meckern.

Rote Lagune Ustronie Morskie

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Nur leider waren 2 Punkte nocht so toll. Einmal war im Bad und in manchen Räumen etwas feuchte Wände die schimmelig waren und uns hat noch einen Backofen gefehlt. Aber sonst war alles top und die Umgebung sehr schön.

Ferienwohnung Ustronie Morskie

Die Unterkunft war spitze. Sauber und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Uns fehlte es dort an nichts. Der Check-in sowie Check-out lief dafür nicht so gut ab. Wir warteten beim Check-in eine halbe Stunde auf die Person die uns den Schlüssel geben sollte. Kommunikation über Handy war schwierig. Sowie auch der Check- out. Es wurde eine Zeit vereinbart, die nicht eingehalten wurde. Letztendlich haben uns die Reinigungskräfte entlassen - zumal das Objekt sehr gesichert war durch ein Tor. Wir konnten also nicht einfach so wegfahren. Das war sehr ärgerlich.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Es ist Alles vorhanden, wobei die Pfannen mal ersetzt werden könnten. Für die Anreise noch ein Tipp: gegenüber der unteren Einfahrt befindet sich die Verwaltung, wo man die Schlüssel erhält.

Tolle Anlage

Die Rote Lagune war wirklich sehr rot. Die Wohnung war für uns 4 groß genug, die Zimmeraufteilung gelungen. Alles was man braucht hat man vor Ort. Besonders schön der große Balkon. Negativ waren die Rollos, durch das rot, war es etwas erdrückend und die Turen/Fenster schlecht zu öffnen. Das Metallbett in dem einen Zimmer war leider ein Graus für uns. Mussten mit den Wolldecke alles ausstopfen, damit es nicht mehr bei jeder Bewegung quietscht. Dann ging es aber. Alles in allem war es trotzdem eine schöne Wohnung. Lage: Der Strand ist zufuß gut zu erreichen. Für Geheingeschränkte, war der Weg schaffbar, aber sehr mühsam. Angekommen müssen auch Treppen runter zum Strand gestiegen werden, da es eine Steilküste ist. Lidl und Dino sind über die Anlage ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen, Strecke ca 700m. Die Einkaufs und Restaurant Meile ist ebenfalls ca 700m entfernt. In der Seson fahren kleine Tuktuks die man per Handzeichen oder auch Telefon anhalten bzw bestellen kann. Eine Strecke kostet aktuell 6zlt pro Person. Der Pool war gut besucht, was sich auf die Lautstärke die in der Wohnung herrscht sehr ausgewirkt hat von 8 Uhr bis 21 Uhr . Wer gern ruhig auf dem Balkon sitzt, ist da an schönen Tagen nicht unbedingt gewährleistet. Aber der Pool ist schön. Und hatten Spaß. Tennisplatz und Basketball haben wir auch genutzt und war gut. Fitness war auch alles vorhanden. Von der Dachterrasse hat man besonders abends einen schönen Ausblick auf die beleuchtete Umgebung. Uns hat es gefallen.

Super urlaub

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Auch das Wetter. Infrastruktur sehr gut. Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Polen ist eben immer eine Reise wert.

Ungenaue Beschreibung

Die Ankunft war ein Drama. In der E-Mail war die Wegbeschreibung, aberan dem Objekt stand ein ganz anderer Name drauf, als in der E-Mail angegeben. Damit fuhren wir nach 5 Stunden Autofahrt noch 1,5 Stunden genervt den Ort um das Objekt zu finden. Endlich mal angekommen, war das Büro nicht besetzt und man wusste von uns gar nichts. Nach weiteren 45 Minuten war das dann endlich mal geklärt und man brachte uns den Schlüssel zum Appartement. Die Wohnung war sauber und gross genug für uns 4 Personen. Leider gubt es dort keinen Backofen, sondern ein Kochfeld mit 4 Platten und eine Mikrowelle. Die Abreise war wieder etwas merkwürdig. Im Büro wollte man uns den Schlüssel nicht abnehmen und ich sollte mich mit dem Wohnungseigentümer in Verbindung setzen. Haben 3x angerufen, aber es wurde nicht abgenommen. Naja, am Ende haben wir die Wohnung nicht verschliessen können und haben den Schlüssel dann auf den Küchentisch gelegt.

Schwieriger Start

Die Dame in der Verwaltung hat uns bei 1. Nachfrage weggeschickt & meinte wir wären falsch. Beim 2. Besuch war dann noch ihr Kollege da & es die zwei diskutieren auf polnisch. Nach langem hin und her kam ein junger Mann und übergab uns die Schlüssel. Auf einmal wollte er eine Kaution von 100€ bekommen, wo ich nur meine, davon ist mir bei der Buchung nichts bekannt und wofür diw 100 € seien... die Mitarbeiter in der Verwaltung sind völlig inkompetent und zudem noch unfreundlich. Die Wohnung ist glücklicherweise sehr liebevoll eingerichtet & sauber! Genauso gepflegt ist die Anlage selbst inklusive Poolbereich.

Tolle FeWo mit viel Ausstattung in sehr gepflegter Anlage

Wir waren als Familie (Eltern, zwei Kinder 4 J. und 7J.) für 11 Tage in der Unterkunft. Diese überzeugte mit großzügiger Ausstattung, wie bspw. Vier Sonnenliegen für den Pool, Sandspielzeug und Winschutz für den Strand uvm.. Vom geräumigen Balkon der FeWo hat man einen erstklassigen Blick auf den Pool (dieser schien mit seinen gut 28°C beheitzt zu werden, aber ich bin nicht sicher). Derzeit sind um dem Objekt einige Bauarbeiten, die uns durch die Geräuschkulisse allerdings nicht gestört haben. Generell wirkte das Haus nicht hellhörig, man fühlte sich sehr ungestört. Ein weiteres Highlight war zudem die Dachterrasse, die zum Sonnenbaden und als Rückzug einladet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Lidl) sind in ca. 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit am Pool, am Strand und in den nahegelegten Einkaufs-, Unterhaltungs- und Essensmöglichleiten.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung super zufrieden. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Zum Strand war es auch nicht weit. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.
