This is one of our 4 cozy queen single rooms. Room 4 is upstairs on the West facing side of the property.Along with a comfortable queen bed, room 4 has 2 cozy chairs, and a side table to hold your drinks or food while you watch TV.There is also a dresser with plenty of storage that also holds the43" smart TV and anice sized bathroom with a stand up shower and all the essentials. Since room 4 is a corner room, there are 2 windows - both with beautiful views. There is also a comfortable outdoor rocker that makes a great place to start a good book.The room is also equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker with coffee pods, creamer, and sweetener.

Loved it very cozy room. Close to our friends staying at the Roadrunner RV Park. Very convenient. And the room was very clean and well kept. Had everything from a Kuerig to a nice sized fridge and microwave would definitely recommend.

Misleading

The pictures online are VERY outdated. The place is rundown and is in need of some TLC. The outside area to get to the room was extremely dirty. The stairway was very narrow. The carpet was stained and dirty inside the room. The bed was comfortable and was clean. The bathroom was fine. The seating area outside by a fire pit, is extremely overrated. It is so small and next to a carport, next to the street. The business is up for sale and I think they just don’t want to spend any money on the property anymore. Very disappointed. Could be a nice small place to stay.
