We have free parking for up to 5 cars. No RV's or camping trailers.
Guests must call for directions prior to arrival.

We are a retired couple and enjoy sharing our family home.
Why they chose this property
This property is a rare find. It is an old Colorado farm. It is common to see deer and elk and other wildlife in the neighborhood. The homes are on 5 to 35 acre lots. It is a quiet, private and a very safe neighborhood. We are in a country setting close to everything. Our subdivision backs up to Highlands Ranch and Littleton. It is a 30 minute drive to Denver and a 20 minute drive to Castle Rock.

Feels a little bit country looks a little bit country, but so close to all amenities and conveniences.
