There is steps going down to back yard that lead to Lake . Comes with a Blackstone grill on deck . Large 75" Sony smart tv on main floor in living room and a large sectional couch . Downstairs den has a 42" smart tv . Electric fireplace on main floor . Kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes , cups , baking sheets and silverware and pots and pans . Pantry has paper goods and seasonings . Kitchen has electric stove , microwave , coffe maker and blender . Electronic door lock . Security lights on exterior . Propane Firepit on lower deck .
