Welcome to "Le Cocon," a well-equipped and functional 30 m² studio apartment, completely renovated. The private garden, facing the street, offers complete privacy, allowing you to eat and relax undisturbed. A secure parking space behind a gate is reserved for you, and street parking is free. "Le Cocon" is a spacious 30 m² studio apartment consisting of a single room with a fully equipped kitchen featuring new, high-quality appliances: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven... everything is provided for your comfort. The completely renovated bathroom with toilet offers a large shower. "Le Cocon" is furnished with four chaise lounges that convert into very comfortable beds, all with high-end mattresses. Depending on your needs, you can choose between four single beds, one double bed and two single beds, or two double beds. We will prepare the room according to your request. You are located in the heart of the lively Plateau district: many restaurants, snack bars, and shops are nearby. Babies and pets are welcome. Particular attention is paid to the cleanliness of the premises. CAPACITY and COMFORT: The cocoon can accommodate 4 people. A travel cot can be provided upon request for a baby at no extra charge. We can also provide a baby bath and a high chair. The cocoon is located on a fully fenced property secured by a gated access for vehicles. You will benefit from a secure and private parking space. PGJyPg Pets: Our canine and feline friends are welcome for an additional fee and upon request. PGJyPg ACCESS to the Cocon: You will have complete private use of the entire studio and garden, which are entirely separate from the other parts of the property. PGJyPg It is a detached house. Upon arrival at the property, you will have a private parking space secured by a gate. PGJyPg The new mattresses have been fitted with special bed bug-proof covers. PGJyPg A cleaning service of approximately 2 hours per week is provided during your stay of 1 week or more. Each door handle is disinfected before each arrival. Sheets are changed every 2 weeks, towels and household linen every week for stays longer than one week. We ask that you do not wash the bed linen, towels, and household linen yourself, as we follow a specific cleaning protocol. To maintain optimal cleanliness, we ask that you empty the indoor trash daily into the outdoor bins located on the property. If you wish, you can collect green waste, and we will collect it upon request to be placed in the compost container. Everything is provided on-site to facilitate waste sorting; three bins are available: mixed waste, cardboard, paper and metal, and glass. ACCESSIBILITY AND SAFETY: A small four-step staircase leads from the garden to the studio. It is equipped with a handrail on only one side; caution should be exercised with children. There is no specific safety equipment, particularly for very young children. PARTY ORGANIZATION: To respect the peace and quiet of the area, the duplex cannot be rented for parties, especially since it is designed for a maximum of four people.

CLEANLINESS and ECOLOGY:
We thank you for maintaining the cleanliness of the premises during your stay, in particular by washing your dishes regularly and not leaving dirty dishes upon your departure, and by taking out the trash daily to avoid any inconvenience.
If you wish to compost, we can collect your peelings upon request.
We primarily use eco-friendly products for laundry and cleaning the premises
