Apartment 1:
This apartment offers a living / sleeping room for 2 persons and a separate bedroom for 3 persons. Additionally, there is a travel cot for the youngest. The apartment is equipped with cable TV, a radio, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower / WC. To the apartment belongs also a table with chairs in the nice and cozy courtyard.

Just a few meters from the old stream and just 200 meters from the Baltic Sea beach, these cozy holiday rooms in the heart of Warnemünde. In the lovingly furnished with four-poster beds Holiday accommodation between 1 to 6 people can stay. For each apartment and each guest room includes a table with chairs in the nice and cozy courtyard. Here you are welcome to use the grill. Who wants to smoke, this may also like to do in the courtyard, as in all rooms are non-smoking. In the courtyard you can leave safely your motorbikes and bicycles. Your cats and dogs are welcome as pets. In the courtyard, a shared barbecue is available to all holiday guests. 

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, das Inventar ausreichend, auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was zum Abwaschen und Reinigen nötig wäre. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden und sauber. Einen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer (groß) und auch im Schlafzimmer.Leider ist der Ausblick nach hinten nicht berauschend, aber das war uns schon bei der Buchung bekannt.Einzig vermisst haben wir einen Herd.

Super Lage!!

Praktisch gelegene Unterkunft, so zu Fuß alles zu erreichen. Pro Tag 15€ Parkplatz mit einrechnen!! Hinterhof leider etwas vermüllt und ungemütlich, aber da hält man sich ja auch nicht auf.

Super gemütliches Apartment

Die Lage ist wunderbar und Zentral, gerade mal 200m vom Leuchturm entfernt wenn überhaupt. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider kein Herd. Die Küche und das Bad sind etwas klein aber ausreichend gewesen für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Waren sehr zufrieden und würden auch gerne wieder Buchen.

Sehr nette vèrmieterin Sauberkeit war nicht so wie es sein sollte, dusche toilettte schlecht der Rest war ok. In den Betten konnte man gut schlafen und es war alles da was man braucht. Die Lage war 1A+ Fuer einen kurztripp auch mit kindern absolut zu empfehlen !!
