Bienvenue à la casa offers you, in the heart of the village of Giffaumont-Champaubert, a 100m² apartment on the ground floor of the former presbytery of Giffaumont-Champaubert: a unique place at the foot of the lake.
The apartment is composed of three bedrooms with a double bed each, a pleasant living space, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Presence of a washing machine in the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped (Oven, dishwasher, microwave, hob, Senseo, kettle, toaster,...)
The accommodation has a private garden, ideal for enjoying the sun discreetly.
The presbytery has a car park reserved only for the residents of Bienvenue à la Casa. Possibility to store bicycles inside the courtyard which is fully enclosed and secure.
Beds made on arrival, wifi and tourist tax included in the price.
Towel at an additional cost.
Travel cot, high chair and bathtub available free of charge on request.
You will find less than 20 metres: a petanque court, a children's playground, a botanical garden, bakery, pizza box,...
The lake is located 700 metres from the building.
Nearby (less than 5 min by car) you will find: a casino, restaurants, a beach and many nature, land and especially water activities (pedal boats, paddle, kayak, sailing,...)!
The apartment has an ideal location for the photo festival as well as the annual flea market in Giffaumont-Champaubert.

Idéalement situé, très calme. Resto et boulangerie à 2 pas, c'est vraiment top. Nous avons fait de belles balades en poussette avec notre bébé de 8mois. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et très aimables.Merci pour ce magnifique séjour chez vous.

Un bel appartement situé dans un ancien presbytère, proche de l'église qui est magnifique, bien entretenue, à 400 m de la digue du lac du DER, proche de 2 restaurants, d'un terrain de pétanque et d'une aire de jeux pour les enfants. Des commerces à proximité et de belles balades à faire. Nous recommandons ce lieu de plénitude qui bénéficie de tout le nécessaire pour y passer un agréable séjour.

Séjour ok

Pour résumé le gîte est bien situé dans un village calme à proximité du lac et de ses activités. Le logement en lui même est correct: points positifs : literie, stores, cuisine; points négatifs : la propreté (poussières, toiles d’araignée, la douche un enfer à faire fonctionner, on s’est brûlé plusieurs fois. Pas pratique (que le mode pluie qui fonctionne), toilettes qui arrosent la cuvette lorsqu’il y a le rabat.Le petit jardin est agréable avec sa terrasse et son mobilier où on mange à l’aise à 6 personnes. La communication a été fluide et rapide avec le propriétaire, c’est appréciable !Donc pour 3 jours c’est ok, pour plus à 6 je ne recommande pas forcément.

Tout est tres bien, sauf le clocher qui se trouve a 10m.... sonne toutes les heures...ET 2 X donc difficile de dormir et de surcroît les fenêtres ouvertes

Le gite est spacieux et agréable. Il bénéficie d'un extérieur.Et la localisation est idéale : proche du lac de Der (on peut y aller à pied) et juste à côté d'un parc.
